🏆 SUMMER SLAM 2026 RECAP 🧡🔥 Six weeks. One mission. Countless victories. This wasn’t just about losing weight or finishing workouts. It was about showing up, pushing through, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you thought. Every week brought a new challenge—from crushing the SkiErg and rowing machine to tackling strength, endurance, and team competitions. Every point mattered. Our members were divided into three teams, each led by an incredible coach, battling it out to see who could earn the most points through consistency, effort, and teamwork. 🥇 Congratulations to Coach @bodiedbyleeshh Team for taking home the Summer Slam Championship! Your dedication and teamwork paid off. 👑 A special shoutout to @__krystaln , our 3-time Summer Slam Champion! Three years in a row is an incredible accomplishment and a true example of what consistency can do. To every member who wore the bright orange Summer Slam shirt with pride, sweated through the workouts, encouraged a teammate, and refused to quit—YOU are what Healthy Balance Body Fitness is all about. This challenge wasn’t won by one workout. It was won by every early morning. Every extra rep. Every challenge completed. Every teammate who said, “Let’s go—you got this.” Thank you to every coach, every participant, and every supporter who made this year’s Summer Slam unforgettable. Until next year… keep showing up, keep growing, and keep becoming the strongest version of yourself. 🧡 Healthy Balance Body Fitness Changing one life at a time. #HBBFIT #SummerSlam2026 #ChallengeAccepted #FitnessCommunity #Teamwork
