Some transparency, one of my biggest insecurities is my arms. I’ve always said how I hate how fat and flabby they are. One thing I’m working on is not talking down on myself about my body. Because your body is your temple! So instead of saying “I hate my arms” I say “I want my arms to look their best so, I’m going to work on them more”. I have been incorporating more arm workouts into my workout routine because when it comes to a pull up? *whispers* I can’t do not one 😂. Toned arms here I come! Maybe in a few months I’ll be able to do one pull without assistance. Watch me work 😉
