Appreciate Post!!!

As I enter year 2 of my fitness with @bodiesbyabel, I am so grateful to have him as my trainer . He makes it easy to show up to the gym in morning and face to the pain because you know you won’t be facing it alone.❤️💪🏼

Year 1: We focused on relearning how to exercise.
Year 2: We focused on discipline.
Year 3: The best is yet to come.

We exercise for a life we dreamed of and peaks we thought we would never reach.

Exercise might not have made this hike easier but it absolutely made it possible. I cannot wait to see all the places this body will continue to take me 🇬🇹❤️

Hello everyone! My name is Hector Abel Jimenez — I’m 29, Bronx-based, and proud to be a personal trainer who loves the gym and my community. 🖤💪
When I’m not working with clients, I’m giving back however I can.

The testimony at the end of the video is from the parent coordinator @saika_1780 — thank you for trusting me and allowing me to pour into our community. 🙏✨

Thank you @jordanhiraldo for taking out to come and be apart of everything as well appreciate you ❤️
