We asked @bodiesbynathan, “Why is someone’s environment so important for their success in fitness?” And here’s what he had to say:

“I personally believe the environment you spend the most amount of your time in can make or break all of your goals, not just your fitness ones, especially if you are easily persuaded or don’t currently have your discipline in check.

Spending time with people who have what you want or are where you want to be in life will help lift you up and keep you accountable. The wrong people will influence you to make the same decisions that are keeping them broke, overweight and unmotivated.”
