✨ One day you realize the dream is no longer somewhere in the future. You're standing inside it. ✨

FOR THE LOVE OF DANCE is a celebration of that moment.
This production brings together artists, stories, and a shared love for movement in a performance that honors where we've been, where we are, and where we're going.

I'd love for you to join us as we celebrate the journey, the community, and the dream that's already happening.

Find us on TICKETMASTER for all the details, RSVP, and celebrate with us as we fill the theater with love, support, and dance.

Happy Wellness Wednesday! 🖤💛

This past weekend reminded us that Movement is Medicine and when you fill your own cup up with joy, you can share those positive feelings with everyone around you ✨

Huge thank you to Lucky & J’Nelle from @body.n.beat for leading us through a fun, high-energy dance cardio workout that had the whole community moving and laughing together 💃🏾🕺🏾

And to everyone who came out, sweated with us, and celebrated their bodies, thank you! You are the reason this work matters 🙌🏾

Hosting this experience never gets old. Our 4th Community Wellness session was a success, and it’s proof that when we build spaces rooted in community and joy, people show up!

We hope to see you at the next Hub Community Wellness Series session in November! 🤗

From yoga to Pilates, we’ve loved finding new ways to move together at our community wellness events. This week, we’re turning up the music for cardio dance with our community partners @body.n.beat

If you’ve never tried cardio dance, come give it a shot. It’s a fun way to move your body, and you can go at your own pace.
Join us Saturday, September 26, for a free National Family Health & Fitness Day session at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza. Our lead wellness facilitator, Paris (@yogirealtorp), will kick things off with a conversation to get to know Luckie and J’Nelle before they lead us into the dance party.

Bring the whole family. All ages and fitness levels are welcome!

Did you know that Sept 26th is National Family Health & Fitness Day? Join us for our next free community wellness session at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza — a morning built for the whole family to move, breathe, and celebrate side by side.

We’ll open with a grounding fireside chat, breath work and stretch led by @yogirealtorp , then bring the energy up for a dance cardio party powered by @body.n.beat N Beat, led by guest facilitators Luckie & J’Nelle.

This is what community wellness looks like: no experience needed, no perfect fitness level required — just families, neighbors, and friends showing up for each other. All ages welcome!

Bring the whole family — sign up now, link in bio!

@body.n.beat @nellyb6 This class was 10/10.
I needed to let loose and move my body again!
I spent the first two decades of my life in dance class and it all came out of me that night.

This was a live band dance class to Michael Jackson music and an experience you have to try.
The community showed up and brought the energy!!
@body.n.beat when is the next one??!!! #movement #dance #michaeljackson #plussizeworkout #movementismedicine

Somewhere in the Michael Jackson Universe, people are still singing 🎶 his music at the top of their lungs and dancing to the influence he left behind. Gone from this side of earth 🌍 but never forgotten. Happy birthday MJ. 👑

I’m ready for my close-up in the next dance feature film! 💃🏽✨😄 Had the please of meeting @body.n.beat recently and had THE best time dancing with them for an entire week! Everyone in class, including my lifelong bestie was also pure love, light, and JOY! I look forward to our lives continuing to dance together, literally and figuratively neighbors! 💞🤗💞
**disclaimer, we did not dance to this song, so I did my best to time it right with our steps. 😋

Happy birthday to the ICON @janetjackson 🙌🏾🖤✨

Your music, movement, and message have been the soundtrack to so many of our lives. Thank you for continuing to inspire generations while breaking every stereotype of what a woman, a mother, a performer, and a creative force can be.

This piece to “The Knowledge” was our small way of honoring the impact you’ve had across ages, backgrounds, and communities — bringing people together through rhythm, truth, and expression.

Your legacy lives far beyond the stage. Thank you for showing us how to move with power, purpose, and freedom.

Forever inspired. 🖤
