INTRODUCING THE BODY/M LOCK IN 🔥

30 days. One community. A commitment to yourself.

We’re challenging you to lock in, build better habits, stay consistent and become the strongest version of yourself, inside and out. And we’re making it even more exciting with 3 incredible prize packs up for grabs!

We’ve teamed up with some amazing central coast brands @coastal.performance.nutrition @loolooscoffeewarehouse @kondou.restore @fwdfrm @bodymhot to reward those who show up, stay accountable and complete the full 30 day challenge. Complete the challenge and you’ll go into the draw for your chance to win!

This is your sign to stop putting yourself last and start showing up for YOU.

THE BODY M LOCK IN starts October 26th.
Ready to lock in? Head to the link in our bio to sign up and be part of it.

Three questions. Three answers. A little more @scottfwd_

Getting to know the faces behind the classes, his training style, and what makes his class his. Because there’s more to your trainer than the 45 minutes you spend in the room.

Nobody stays consistent because they feel motivated. They stay consistent because they’ve decided what they’ll never drop below, no matter how busy life gets.

I DO NOT have some perfect routine, I have systems. Life ebbs and flows and I find myself in busier seasons than others (like now). I’ve got two boys, multiple businesses, clients I show up for and days that unravel before 9am, just like everyone else! What I do have though, is a floor. On the good weeks the standard is high and I hit all my goals, and on the weeks that need more of me, the standard shrinks a little but it never disappears.

Some movement instead of a lot. High protein and wholefoods over packaged. One thing done properly instead of ten half done.

This is something I teach every woman I’m lucky enough to work with. You HAVE to stop waiting for life to calm down before you show up for yourself. The older you get the busier it gets, so you either learn to get stronger within it or you let it be the excuse forever. Decide what your minimum standards are, and start building the version of you that survives the crazy weeks without falling behind on the goals that matter.

You don’t have to choose between Pilates and strength training, the best results come from combining both.
