Race day is here.

We caught up with our sponsored elite athlete Nazri during race kit collection and bike check-in at Powerman Malaysia 2026, as he shares his thoughts on his preparation, mindset and what lies ahead.

With the haze affecting conditions in Putrajaya, the event organiser has activated the contingency plan, with both the POWERMAN Short and Classic races now set to follow a 5KM-30KM-5KM format.

To every athlete who has chosen to take on the challenge despite the conditions - we pray for a safe race for all of you. Take care, race within your limits and look after one another out there.

Good luck, @nazri.muhamad. Good luck to all participants.

See you at the start line.

It’s been a while since I last attended a workshop, life definitely changed after stepping into motherhood.

Getting back into learning, reconnecting with the community, and doing what I love again feels so refreshing and meaningful.

Really enjoyed the IASTM workshop, grateful to be adding another valuable skill to my physio toolbox 🤗 Thanks for the knowledge, inspiration, and for continuing to do such great work!

PROUD MOMENT 🔥

My son Adam just completed his SPM and is now preparing for his journey into Sports Physiotherapy.

But we don’t wait… we BUILD early.

Today, he has already completed:

✅ Musculoskeletal Kinesio Taping
✅ Clinical Musculoskeletal Cupping

Certified under APTER Institute & Bodyfix with @fixwiththanen

This is just the beginning.

We are now bringing him into Elokal as part of our next generation of Sports Recovery Performance Specialists.

From athlete → to knowledge → to impact.

Let’s build the future 💪🔥
