The body dysmorphia hits hard… you would think after significant weight loss that the love for your body would grow. I find that I critique myself harder than ever, to the point where Zach kind of jokes about removing all the mirrors from the house. I’ve taken my time, it’s been 3.5 years to lose it (down 108 lbs), I’ve drastically healed my relationship with food and alcohol, the gym + fitness is a major part of my life and I enjoy the pursuit of physically pushing myself wether it be challenges or new obstacles. So now I guess healing my relationship with how I view and speak to my body is on deck. It doesn’t mean I can’t keep continuing to better it but I do need to learn to love it. I had such a great conversation with my friend Jennifer and am excited to use their body contour and sculpting as I embrace and elevate what I got! I’ll share before and after as I go! Definitely check them out because their summer rates are 🔥 🔥 🔥 #weightlossjourney #medspa #bodycontouring #100lbsdown #75hard

Have you got Moxi? I got some and my skin’s appearance has really improved - so much so that I’m comfortable wearing little to no makeup on days when I’d normally apply before I leave the house. Even some fine lines have faded and continue to because the effects continue for up to six months! Body MD in North Scottsdale invited me to try Sciton Moxi Laser skin resurfacing treatment at their studio. What’s Moxi? It’s a non-ablative procedure that uses laser energy to prompt your body’s natural healing abilities into overdrive with minimal downtime. I was drawn to this because after growing up in California with years of pool days, beach days, tanning and generally being out in the sun, I definitely have some sun damage, sun spots and signs of aging. Certified Laser Technician Alicia explained how everything worked and what I would experience during and after the treatment. The first day looked (and felt) like I had a really bad sunburn, but healing was quick and in less than a week I was seeing marked improvement. I definitely recommend checking out Body MD’s Moxi Laser and other aesthetic solutions using the master’s technology. They’re also wonderful humans!!! Thank you, Body MD! 💕✨🫶 Hosted. #bodymd #moxilaser #skin #beauty #scottsdale

Come with me for a little skin reset ✨ Had an enzyme peel today at Body MD Scottsdale with Alicia O’Donnell 🤍 She said my skin is in a really good place, just need to focus on consistent exfoliation + hydration (hello, 40s glow 😉). Next up: DiamondGlow in a few weeks for deeper exfoliation + moisture 💧 If you’re local to Scottsdale/Tempe, I definitely recommend 💫 #azrealtor #theholisticagent #temperealtor #facial

POV: you said you didn’t want “lip filler lips” …so we didn’t give you any. We gave you: ✨ hydration ✨ definition ✨ balance This is a Mini Kiss 💋 Small volume. Big difference. Because the goal isn’t bigger lips… It’s better lips. #MiniKiss #SubtleEnhancement #LipFillerPhoenix #NaturalResultsOnly #scottsdalemedspa edspa 📍 14301 N. 87th St. unit 211 Scottsdale, AZ 85260 480.601.8849

The face isn’t one feature — it’s a structure. When we restore volume strategically across multiple areas (temples, cheeks, chin, jawline, or lips), we’re not “overfilling.” We’re rebuilding support that naturally diminishes with time. In fact, 5 syringes across the entire face is often very conservative. That amount distributed thoughtfully can: • soften shadows • restore youthful contours • support the midface • subtly refine the jawline • create harmony between features The goal isn’t to look “done.” The goal is to look rested, balanced, and naturally beautiful. Most people are surprised when they learn that full-face balancing often requires several syringes placed in small amounts across different areas — not all in one spot. When done correctly, no one notices the filler. They just notice that you look incredible. ✨ Natural results start with thoughtful structure. 📍BodyMD 14301 N 87th st 211 Scottsdale, AZ 85260 ☎️480.601.8849 #FacialBalancing #NaturalFiller #AestheticMedicine #SubtleEnhancement #FullFaceRejuvenation

The goal is always the same: refined, natural results that still look like you. In the right hands, lip filler shouldn’t look obvious — it should simply make people think you look refreshed. With me, every aesthetic treatment is approached with facial harmony and long-term facial preservation in mind. Because subtle work is often the most powerful.💃🏼

✨ Chin Filler: The Secret to Facial Balance ✨ When we think about facial aesthetics, lips often get all the attention — but the chin plays a HUGE role in overall harmony. 💉 Dermal filler in the chin can subtly enhance projection, improve profile, and create better balance between the upper and lower face. How does it help? ✔️ Enhances chin projection ✔️ Improves side profile ✔️ Balances fuller lips ✔️ Creates harmony between nose, lips, and chin ✔️ Defines the lower face When the chin is slightly recessed, lips can appear overly prominent and the upper face can look heavier. By adding structure and support to the chin, we create a more proportionate and naturally balanced look — without making anything look “overdone.” It’s not about making the chin bigger — it’s about creating symmetry and flow from the forehead down to the jawline. Subtle changes. Beautiful balance. 💫 If you’ve enhanced your lips but still feel like something is “missing,” chin filler might be the finishing touch. #dermalfiller #chinfiller #facialbalancing #scottsdale #scottsdalemedspa medspa 📍Book a consultation to see if chin enhancement is right for you: 480.6018849 BodyMD 14301 N 87th st 211 Scottsdale.
