Soooo my vibe at the moment... people are like 'how do you feel about moving out of your flat, organising events and leaving in 9 days time for 6 weeks' and I'm like 'psssh, I'm taking it one day at a time' I mean really, stressing out just adds to the workload so why bother? Keep it simple, prioritise and the universe will keep it all inline for you 😉✨🙌 #repost @physicalitybyyulia

Open your heart, smile and hold that pose! (All without showing your white bits if poss 🙈) Side plank used to be one of my most challenging poses but by taking the time to strengthen my core and shoulders, I can now hold it AND smile 😜

#repost @physicalitybyyulia Physicality Class at Athleta today went awesome! Loved having a whole room of women sweat and work it out in my class! Thank you all for coming! Physicality today was Dance cardio+ combination of toning. Y'all rock! Thank you @Athletanyc for featuring my class. These leggings are sooo comfortable! And the top is free and light! Felt good to workout in @Athleta wear. .

While I was working, I was working 🙌🏽 _____________________________________________________ This beautiful dancer, gymnast, friend, mover, honest human, Yulia booked ✌🏽sessions with me on my lunch break while I was in New York 🗽. Our goal was lumbar extension without pain...Photo on left is a 5 out of 10 in the low sacrum tailbone area, photo on right is end of session, 0 pain in sacrum tailbone area and discomfort moved to thoracic at a level 3. I'm okay with pain that jumps right now. Our goal for THIS session was achieved. Your body is EXTREMELY COMPLEX. We got much more range of motion which she highly values in her field teaching classes all day everyday. BAM 💥WAY TO GO YULIA!!! Be patient, trust the process and do your homework! Lol You got this girl!!!! 🤜🏽💥🤛🏽 #loveya #sunday #nyc #newyorkcity
