The start of a new journey 💕

I had the best experience during this 4-day intensive training to become a BodyRok Instructor and Studio Manager in Houston. The connections and true friendships I made over this week in Seattle were unmatched! Truly a great group of aspiring fitness instructors.

Thank you @ciaracgray for your guidance and support through this journey of mastering the @bodyrokstudio experience! You are amazing!!

Thank you @laurenbanks23 for introducing me to all things BodyRok and getting to know more behind the scenes on the side of management. You have an impeccable team @bodyrokseattle - you need to come to H-Town next!

Back to Houston to continue this dream job ❤️ More to come…

Baby, @bodyrokhouston WORKED ME OUT!

I had the opportunity to do pilates with @bodyrokhouston and experience their new Houston studio, and y’all… I LOVED IT! The workout was INTENSE, but in the best way. The instructor was attentive, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. And the studio? BEAUTIFUL! From the moment I walked in until I left, I felt welcomed.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or you’ve been doing it for a while, @bodyrokhouston is definitely worth checking out! As for me? I’ll be back!

Houston girlies, who’s coming with me to the next class?! 👀🖤
