I don’t eat pastries in the States. In Paris, I make an exception 🥐

The ingredients are just cleaner here — real butter, shorter labels, none of the junk I avoid at home. Stop three of the perfect 24 hours in Paris: Bo & Mie. 54 seconds of the widest pastry variety I’ve seen in one shop.

(Tomorrow: the famous one — a pastry shop from 1730.)

👇 Comment MAP and I’ll send you my concierge’s exact Paris morning map — breakfast, the bike route, every monument, and both pastry shops.

📌 Save this for your Paris trip.

Sharing more photos from our Paris trip last fall with some of our favorite foods ~ also proof that I don’t only eat sweets 😄

Nothing quite like strolling around Paris with freshly baked pastry.

This jambon beurre definitely lived up to its hype and was worth the higher price. It was one of my favorite lunches on this trip.

Breakfast at @maisonladuree followed by tea and dessert.

The onion soup at St. Regis was so delicious. The best one we had on this trip. Where’s your favorite place to have French onion soup?

The chicken Caesar salad was also incredible.

James inadvertently became an influencer. He enjoyed his espresso from here.

I love jambon beurre and always have an endless supply in Paris. This delicious one was from @boulangeriemamiche and was only 4.5 euros!

The amazing mounds of butter as we were strolling through the historic Le Marche des Enfants Rouges. So sad to hear of the fire there yesterday. Glad no one was hurt but hope the business owners can recover from it. Hope to see it rebuilt soon.

So many chocolates to try, so little time.

We’ve had a few dinners at Au Bourguignon du Marais over the years. Always charming and comforting. We always get the beef bourguignon. I was craving veggies on this night and they had a delicious vegetable option.

My absolute favorite yogurt for over a decade. I always have to buy it whenever we’re in Paris. I’ve shared it on here many times and so many of you let me know that you’ve tried and loved it after seeing my post. That always make me so happy 😊

We eat dinner pretty early at home so Parisian dinner hours can be tough for us especially when our days start so early 😅 We love stopping by Bo&Mie for these delicious protein bowls when we want something quick and healthy.

Another jambon beurre? 😆 We walked by here randomly and it was good and fresh.

Look how happy James was with his @lasdufallafel 😄 It’s his old favorite and he loves it there.

We tried a little bistro that was not touristy and had a lot of locals. However, the food was only okay. Sometimes it’s a miss but that’s part of traveling and exploring new places.

Reality: sometimes we are so dead tired from my ambitious itinerary tha
