Rocket Yoga is coming to IAM YOGA PILATES!

We’re so excited to welcome this powerful, playful, and dynamic practice to our fall schedule.

Rocket Yoga is an energetic style of yoga rooted in Ashtanga, designed to build strength, flexibility, stamina, and confidence through a creative sequence of standing poses, seated postures, arm balances, backbends, inversions, and breath-led movement.

It’s challenging yes, but it’s also meant to be fun, accessible, and open to exploration.

Our new instructor, Karly B, will lead these classes, bringing her energy, experience, and love for the practice to the IAM community.

Join us for a special Rocket Yoga demo class on Monday, September 7th and come see what the hype is all about 🤸🏼‍♂️

Spaces are limited, so don’t wait to book your spot.

Ready to launch? 🚀

✨ THE ART OF BACKBENDING ✨

Backbending is so much more than a physical shape—it’s an invitation to dive deep into your personal practice, move past fear, and open up your heart space.

Karly brings her dynamic background in professional dance, acrobatics, and the athletic edge of Vinyasa, Rocket, and Power Yoga to the mat & this workshop is designed to help you find your ultimate openness safely.

We will fire up the core for stability, build steady functional strength, and unlock mindful, active flexibility so you feel completely supported as you dive deeper.

What we’ll explore together:
• Core & Mindful Conditioning: Deep core activation and mobility drills to open the shoulders, hips, and spine with total control.
• Personalized Spotting & Assists: Direct, hands-on adjustments and expert spotting so you feel entirely safe and less afraid to explore deeper expressions.
• Scalable Variations: Compassionate, intelligent modifications tailored to meet you exactly where you are today.

Let’s build trust, dissolve the hesitation, and create space for something new. 🤍

Elevate your flow with a little extra power. 💪✨

This isn’t just a yoga class—it’s a mind-body conditioning session designed to build your core, refine your technique, and honor your strength. Structured like a traditional flow but packed with targeted drills, we’re bridging the gap between athletic conditioning and mindful movement.

Whether you’re a seasoned mover or just starting out, all levels are welcome to come sweat, focus, and get sound with their body.

Let’s build that foundation together. See you on the mat! 🧘🏼‍♀️🔥
