🏜️ Coaches Roundtable Group Sedona Retreat- Feb ‘26 ✨

I feel so lucky to be a part of this small group of the most amazing lady shredders/coaches/business owners! For the past year, we have been meeting once a month via Zoom to discuss all things mountain bike coaching and business growth. Led by the incredible @jenzeuner , founder of @hottomatopizza , entrepreneur and former pro rider. 🤩

5 out of the 6 of us woman-owned coaching business owners made it to Sedona for 4 of the best days of riding, collaborating, sharing our struggles and successes, encouraging and inspiring each other, and sharing our visions for our businesses. These women have all been operating for over ten years!! I’m going into year 5, and I’ve never felt more motivated and inspired to continue to step up my game. 🙌🏼

I am incredibly lucky to have turned my passion since I first started the sport in 2000, into a career. This long weekend ignited more of a 🔥 into my heart and soul, and to keep pushing into this space, and the sport of mountain biking. 🚵‍♀️

I CANNOT WAIT for our next in-person retreat!! 🩵🩵🩵

Thank you @jenzeuner @joannajyates @minii_adventures @brave.endeavors @boneshakeradventures for the amazing moments, for encouraging me to crush the features I used to walk on Hiline 🤯 and for the reminder that we are all badasses, taking this sport to new levels. 🔥 @katkwondo we missed you there! 🩵

**Special thanks to @spencer.h.osborne for being our photographer/videographer and the great shots! 📸

✨Women Led Wednesday ✨

SMBA is a business this is co-founded by a woman, and supported by a community of incredible folks who build, teach, guide, create, and lead with intention.

Today we’re celebrating the entrepreneurs, coaches, riders, creatives, and trailblazers who inspire us - here in Sedona and beyond! We’ve tagged a few of our favs ❤️ Grateful for every woman-led business that lifts the community and makes space for others to rise.

Grateful to attend the @orcgv outdoor industry awards ceremony with amazing friends. Humbled to be nominated alongside so many incredible change-makers. Honored for @boneshakeradventures to be recognized as 2025 Business of the Year. And so happy I wore my dancing boots! Special thanks to @gwynnbarr for being my date for the evening and one of Boneshaker’s first “employees” (even though I could only pay her in donated @hottomatopizza back in 2015). Feeling all the love from this community. Thank you. ❤️
