The workout gets you in. The people keep you coming back. ❤️

Every teacher brings something different to the room, but they’re all here for the same reason: to challenge you, support you, and create an experience you’ll want to come back to.

We’re here through Sunday, August 2, before our seasonal pause. We’d love to see you on the mat one more time before our summer pause. We’ll be back in October 😘

I’ve been @ninathelawyer on the internet for almost 10 years… & still am.

BUT I started this whole page, business & content journey bc I wanted to build a career that gave me the freedom to live a big, curious, life (that looks like traveling, learning languages, living by the ocean, teaching pilates, asking a million questions & constantly falling down rabbit holes about historical & cultural events).

Lately, I’ve been in a rut with this page & @scroll.savvy - so I wanted my content to reflect more of ^^ that ^^

SO, the legal tips & services aren’t going anywhere - you can still expect me to help with contracts, trademarks, templates & strategy for creators & businesses who are building cool things.

I’m just making room for the rest of me, too 🪽

CONTENT FOR THE CULTURALLY CURIOUS COOL GIRLS 🏛️💭👀🤎🧳🌊🧸

If you’re going to work out in the heat anyway… make it intentional.

There’s a big difference between sweating because it’s hot outside and practicing in a space that’s been purposefully designed for movement.

At The Hot Box, our infrared heating panels create a consistent, radiant heat throughout every class. Rather than simply heating the air, they warm your body more directly, helping create an environment where many people find it easier to settle into movement, increase circulation, warm their muscles, and enjoy a deep, satisfying sweat.

The heat isn’t there to make class harder.

It’s there to support the practice.

And ironically, summer might be one of the best times to experience it. Your body is already familiar with the warmth outside, so stepping into an intentionally heated room often feels more natural than people expect.

If you’ve been waiting until it cools down to try a class…

don’t.

Summer is actually the perfect time to start.

Strength isn’t always loud.

Sometimes it looks like showing up.
Holding steady.
Smiling in the middle of the work.

One breath. One rep. One class at a time. 🔥

It turns out working hard is a lot more fun when you’re surrounded by good people.

We ask a lot of ourselves in class.

But we also laugh.

We celebrate wins.

We cheer each other on.

Somehow, the hardest part of the day ends up being one of the best.

Stay through the shake.
Stay through the burn.
Stay with yourself.
Stay long enough to feel the release.

Not a spa. Not a studio. We made our own category.

The kind of day where you take a pilates class, cowork by the pool, sauna + cold plunge, and end dancing to a DJ at sunset.

Summer is a good reminder that not every workout needs to be your best workout.

Modify.
Take breaks.
Use lighter weights when you need to.

Listen to your body.
Let go of expectations.

Consistency isn’t built on perfect days.
It’s built on showing up anyway.

It all counts 🔥
