Rezension ⭐

Hey Ihr Lieben 🐛

Ich habe meine nächstes Buch beendet "das Haus der Bösen Träume". Das Buch spielt um 1950er Jahre und dreht sich um den Psychiater James, der eine Stelle in einer Privatanstalt antritt unter der Leitung eines renommierten Professors. Es gibt eine besondere Station im Kellergewölbe. Dort sind 6 Patienten in einen künstlichen Dauerschlaf versetzt, eine neuartige Behandlung ihrer psychischen Störungen."

Das Buch hat so viele Ähnlichkeiten mit dem vorherigen Buch welches ich beendet habe "Wo der Teufel ruht". Wer die Rezension gelesen hat, weiß wie genial ich dieses Buch fand 🫶 Der Anfang der Geschichte, die nebensächliche Liebesstory, das Ende und ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten (zum Beispiel, dass es um 6 Patienten geht) sind sich super ähnlich. Aber bei diesem Buch hier wurde es nicht gut umgesetzt aus meiner Sicht.
Die Geschichten der 6 speziellen Patienten werden jeweils nur ganz kurz erklärt und diese sind auch nicht besonders spannend. Viel Spannung gab es auch nicht. Es wurde zwar viel getriggert, aber wirklich passiert ist nichts. Es gab eine Stelle, die ich wirklich gut und spannend fand, aber mehr als diese eine Stelle kam nicht.
Die Charaktere sind mir alle nicht so richtig sympathisch geworden. Bei James bin ich mir immernoch unsicher. An manchen Stellen fand ich ihn sehr sympathisch und an anderen wieder nicht.
Das Ende war kurz gehalten, auf den letzten 40-50 Seiten. Es war wirklich ähnlich zu dem anderen Buch und war das beste daran würde ich sagen. Es war für mich unerwartet und gut gemacht, aber für mich leider zu kurz, da hätte man noch mehr drauß machen können - mehr Erklärungen zum Beispiel. Aber am Ende fügt sich alles zusammen und alles klärt sich auf.

Aufgrund der Ähnlichkeiten zum anderen Buch vergleiche ich natürlich automatisch und das Buch kann halt 0 mithalten.
Wegen dem guten Ende gebe ich dem Buch ⭐⭐⭐ von ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
