I've seen this trend all over bookstagram lately, and I think it's so fun, so I had to try it!! 📚

And let me tell you....this was hard 😅

There are lots of different versions/prompts, so I just picked the ones I liked the most 🧡

What would your 5-4-3-2-1 picks be?

**I have tagged a few book friends who I thought might want to try this, but if I haven't tagged you please tag me if you give it a go (I would love to see what you come up with 😍)!!

I had to give this one a go!

It was actually SO hard to only pick 3 favourite authors 😅 there are just too many I love!!

Which 3 authors do you love, want to read more of, or haven't read yet?? 🧡

(I have tagged some book besties who I thought might like to do this challenge as well 🤭)

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗧 please complete the animal, face, house, flower, car, book cover 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 BUT make it hard edition and add in “𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻’𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱” recommendations

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗧: I have completed the challenge for you - 5 books per category and narrowed down to a single animal species, with realistic representations of the animal AND faces. Oh and all the flowers have to be purple🪻

🐦‍⬛: PULL OF THE STARS - historical fiction involving nurses quarantined on a maternity ward 🤩

👩🏻: I WILL PLANT YOU A LILAC TREE - I don’t remember what happens at all but I know I read it multiple times as a teen because I loved it

🏡: THE HEART GOES LAST - gotta love a dystopian

🪻: ONLY AND FOREVER - I haven’t read this yet but it has chronic illness AND neurodivergent representation!!

🚗: THE ROSIE EFFECT - autism coded character and so funny (but also the do-over was amazing)

📖: the only non-popular one is SEVEN EXES and tbh I haven’t read it I bought it because the checkered cover was cool… does anyone know if this is good??

𝗜 𝗦𝗣𝗬: 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗡 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚,𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚? I wanted to make it only ground transportation (I couldn’t find 5 cars) but thought we could play a game 👀 and it’s not the paper airplane!!

𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲? 𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝘀?

Thank you @rach.inbookland and @trins_tbr for the tag! This was so much work and so time consuming (which cover is more animal-y??? Hmm…) but if you are not an overthinker like me then it shouldn’t take forever 🙃 it was fun!!

Tagged some friends to try it next! But please do it regardless of a tag! 🤍 I wanna seeee!

I simply had to jump on this trend! ✨️📚

It was fun to reflect on what books I have read by different authors, and which of those books have stuck with me 🧡

What are some of your first vs. favourites?

🫶 I have tagged a few book besties who I thought might like doing this challenge as well!
