🍋‍🟩 a book you would love to reread:
- also Project Hail Mary (I mean, I already rewatched the movie 6 times so I may as well reread the book!). I would also love to check out the audiobook too.

🩰 a character you’d be besties with:

🔴 Red But Not Read Tag 🔴

Thanks @linhslib for the tag! Here is a stack of red books I own that I still have not read yet 😬:

❗️ A Feast for Crows by George R.R. Martin (I’ve only read the first book and am honestly not in a rush to continue the series until I know it’s completed)

🚨 Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky (one of the many many classics on my TBR)

🩸 Daughter of the Blood by Anne Bishop (thank you @acebookspub for the free copy of this book! I promise I’ll read it one day…)

🇨🇳 Our Story by Rao Pingru (a graphic memoir that I bought several years ago and still haven’t gotten around to reading yet)

🟥 Iron Widow by Xiran Jay Zhao (I’ve been following Xiran on YouTube and Instagram for years but still need to read her book!)

📕 Seven Blades in Black by Sam Sykes (this doorstopper of a fantasy novel has received praise from R.F. Kuang, Robin Hobb, and Pierce Brown, so I am intrigued)

🐦‍🔥 The Blood Phoenix by Amber Chen (I still need to read the first book!)

Have you read any of these books?

Tagging a few others to do this tag, but no pressure!

Yesterday, I had the pleasure to meet @laurenasherauthor. Lauren got me back into reading after I lost the joy of it (like in 2020ish). The Fine Print started my reading journey again and I am so grateful for that. Without the fine print, there would be no dearmoodreader I dare to say haha. And she signed some books for me, so I will cherish them forever. Thank you @scheltemaboekverkopers and @lovebooks.nl for organising, I'm so grateful for the opportunity 🥰.

The rest of the day I explored some bookshops, smelled the nicest scents and started reading love redesigned, all together with @bookrapture.

The best day with the best people. I hope your weekend is as joyful 🌷🎀

Coffee, books, and yap? Coffee, books, and yap 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 i went to @donner_rotterdam with my bookbestie @bookrapture on a rainy day. Let's take a look at some gorgeous books. Pause to read the back!

QOTD / AOTD: What is your favourite bookstore to get books? Could be a local one, a big one, even a chain. On a day where I have nothing planned, I like to thrift at my local thriftshop. And visit the big bookstores for an overall impression of the trending books (outside of my regular romance and romantasy recs).
