*TOMORROW*

Right this is it! Tomorrow we are coming back for our third annual takeover at the legendary @ourblackheart in Camden Town, London, with our Homegrown Alldayer 2026!

Civil War has been curating the best UK Grunge, Stoner and Alt Rock since 2019 and this - I can confidently say - is the very best bill that we’ve ever put on, absolutely stacked with quality from start to finish - with proven ‘Desertfest Quality’ bands from all across the UK, with bands representing, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bradford, Bath, Bristol, and of course London.

Shows like this were what we dreamed about putting on when we started this - and here we are!

This is the last call for advance tickets (@wegottickets will close this evening) so head over to WGT or @dicefm NOW to make sure you get a spot in what is promising to be a packed out and colossal day of riffs in the musical heart of London!

Come down to the Black Heart for 2.00pm (doors at 2.30pm) and see you down the front! ✌️❤️🙌💪🔥

Poster design by none other than the all-human and multi-talented @sick_jim 🖼️ 🎨 🏍️

*STAGE TIMES*

There’s a fair bit going on in Camden this Saturday (even though our event is by far the best of its kind 😎👍), so for your convenience, here are all the confirmed stage times for this Saturday’s HomeGrown Alldayer 2026!

STAGE TIMES:

10.00-10.45 Sergeant Thunderhoof @sergeantthunderhoof
9.00-9.40 The Kryss Talmeth Experience @kryss_talmeth
8.00-8.40 Erronaut @erronautuk
7.00-7.40 Teiger @teiger_official

-INTERMISSION (45 mins)-

5.35-6.15 Wolves In Winter @wolves_in_winter
4.35-5.15 Borehead @boreheadofficial
3.40-4.15 The Rhubarb @therhubarbband
2.45-3.20 Superseed @superseedrock
2.30 - Doors

Advance tickets are still available but going fast, so don’t leave it too late! Head over to @wegottickets or @dicefm NOW to avoid disappointment!

As we’ve said before - this is genuinely our finest EVER line up, like a one day Desertfest at The Black Heart (virtually all of the bands have already played at DF - and Sergeant Thunderhoof played at the @electricballroomcamden earlier this year!!) so you would be mad to miss it, seriously! People will look back at this bill in a few years, I’m telling you.

*TWO WEEKS TO GO!*

Yesterday we hit the two weeks to go mark until we kick off our third annual all-dayer, featuring eight of the very best heavy bands in the country on one stage at @ourblackheart in Camden including:

**SERGEANT THUNDERHOOF**
**THE KRYSS TALMETH EXPERIENCE**
**ERRONAUT**
**TEIGER**
**WOLVES IN WINTER**
**THE RHUBARB**
**BOREHEAD**
**SUPERSEED**

Stoner rock, doom and heavy psych — all of it homegrown, all of it UK. We started Homegrown because this scene is having one of its best runs in years and it deserved a day of its own, like a one day Desertfest ‘top up’ in the late summer. It’s our third year in, and this might be the strongest bill we’ve put together.

**Saturday 12 September**
**The Black Heart, Camden** — 2–3 Greenland Place, NW1 0AP
Doors 2pm. First band 2:30. Eight bands, one room, one incredible day.

**£20 in advance (plus fees). £25 on the door.**
Early birds are long gone.

Grassroots shows live or die on advance tickets. If you’re coming, grab one now — it’s cheaper than the door, and it shows us that our people are with us!

*BOREHEAD*

London’s own instrumental sludge/doom trio @boreheadofficial have slowly but surely cemented their place as one of the most important heavy bands in the capital’s underground scene, and we are delighted to be having them back as part of our own CW Homegrown Alldayer on Saturday 12 September at @ourblackheart

Crushingly heavy, with exceptional guitar tone, esoteric spoken word samples, musical tension that builds and builds until - finally - being released with massive force, Borehead are a *must see* band on the UK circuit and their live shows take you the most incredible psychedelic journeys. Grab a drink, chew a gummy, lean back and close your eyes as these guys take you on a trip deep into the black void.

Lead guitarist @mikerichards__ in particular is a regular face at heavy shows all around London and is a true and bonafide slave of the riff, and is a master in his particular slow, meticulous, ferocious style of heavy blues playing.

With a memorable @desertfest_london appearance already under their belts and some excellent studio material (not least their 2024 album ‘Vita Est Morte Est Vita’ on @argonautarecords ) these guys have carved out a space of their own and we are super excited to hear their latest material at Homegrown. 🔥

Tickets are available NOW over at @wegottickets or @dicefm so get yours booked in and support our scene! 💪🔥✌️
