2 Years since my first Wearable VTOL flight! ☄️

Other than being instantly smitten by the feeling of human flight, it was the shared values on flight safety as a priority above the fun factor that made me click with @david_mayman_ and his @jetpackaviation flight experience centre where I flew his JB10 Jetpack, pictured.

I’d have never believed it then if I was told that just 2 years later to the day, I’d be off flying a Jetsuit designed and built by the wVTOL company that I founded in response to COVID international travel bans!! #truestory

What an absolute wild ride it’s been (sh*t loads of wobble moments and constant self talk, but every moment getting hands on with the baby lifts my soul and keeps me pushing forward). #notforthefeinthearted 😅

So here’s to celebrating my 2-year wVTOL anniversary with test-flights at iJETPACK’s engineering base this weekend 🌟🚀🌟

Wouldn’t it be awesome if I get to sign off these new modifications as commercially ready, on my anniversary weekend! 🤩 🤞

PS: The Jetpack (@jetpackaviation in LA) and Jetsuit (@superhumanflightacademy in Sydney) are very different machines — Jetpack has mechanical controls while Jetsuit is body controlled — but both are thrilling and absolutely worth trying if your pockets are deep enough 🙈 (I’m determined to find a way to drive Jetsuit costs down so that everyone can experience superhuman flight at least once in their lifetime!)

An incredible week shooting and flying with @david_mayman_ Australia’s jetpack pioneer. His remarkable (and slightly insane) story will make you laugh, cry, and scream at the TV. Tomorrow on @60minutes9 🚀
