::: WORKSHOP :::

…when 3 hours felt like 30 minutes.

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure to create and teach a workshop about alignment at the wonderful yoga studio Little Peace in Stockholm.

From where to where do we move?
How do we move?

Explaining the concept of timing, pushing, pulling, lifting, breathing - equanimity and integrating yoga philosophy from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.

Reading your feedback, made my heart explode even more:

‘I am happy I made the journey out there. You have such a precise, intelligent and joyful way of teaching. And apparently I will now be looking for Tadasana in absolutely everything :) ‘

‘Thanks for today’s practice. I feel like I’ve learned more in this class than in any other class I’ve taken’.

Thank you all, there will be more.
Take good care of yourself.

With gratitude and kindness,
Alexandra

::: What is in … ? :::

…the present moment?
I am still touched by your presence from our weekend retreat at @frotunaretreat with my exceptional co-teacher and breathwork teacher Camilla - @camilla_martinez_mares

Creating the space to
Just be
breathe
Sleep
Laugh
Have deep conversations
Be alone
Reflect
Learn something new (about yourself)
Integrate the healing tools of yoga & breathwork into daily life

Read one feed-back:
‘...your warmth, your voices, both your ability to make us feel seen - Thank you! If all people in the world could practice with both of you, the world would be a better place…’

Your life stories touch me very deeply.
I am grateful to teach yoga and to be able to help to integrate the practice into people’s lives in order to handle life when sh**t hits the fan.

Thank you, wonderful fairy-like Camilla - the bond between yoga and breathwork and our collaboration is very precious and close to my heart.
Never change a breathing team 🙂. Grateful to always be a student of life itself. NEVER GIVE UP!

AUTUMN ALCHEMY
– a weekend to breathe, flow and recharge

We are so happy that we get to come back to @frotunaretreat and host this retreat again. The past years have been truly special weekends, and we can’t wait to share this experience with you once more.

As summer slowly fades and autumn begins to settle in, this weekend is something to look forward to – a time to pause, breathe, and move with the season’s shift. Throughout the weekend, you will be recharged with energy, tools, and inspiration to alchemize the season’s change into personal transformation.

🗓 August Friday 28 – Sunday 30, 2026
📍 Frötuna, near Uppsala, Sweden

We’ll move, breathe, rest, and nourish ourselves with incredible food, time in nature, and slow moments in the hammam, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool.

If you need something to ground and reset you before the autumn truly begins – this is for you.

We’d love to have you there. DM for more info or find the link in bio.

With love,
Camilla & Alexandra

:::Balancing life::: As we practice balancing poses in yoga, we practice how to shift weight, how attentive we are in transitions, the supporting parts of the asana, the supporting parts in our lives. How we balance on the base of our support - on and off the mat. With this post, I am sending my gratitude to yoga - the practice that is wonderfully and always supporting me. I am sending my gratitude to all the wonderful people out there who listen, who laugh with me, who can take my tears, building a supporting, loving, caring base for each other. THANK YOU! ❤️. #yogapratice #supportsystem #friendships #family❤️ @marchoufleur_art
