2026 10 19 it's a 10, solely because of the crux of 3 moves lol. (Repost no 2 cuz copyright)

okay but the crux is hard though for real. really well done @newsha_001 and @alexandre.d.maheux

My fingers weren't at their max last week, so didn't try it too much, feeling better this week though... But I believe it will be reset soon. Oh well :) only put in like 6 tries from the sloper. Didn't wanna veer off program too much.

Really trying to apply the Space Time Position thing from @bossclimbs video (on YT). In this case, either I'm not generating properly with my right leg or my match isn't ideal. The 2nd clip I almost got it, gotta work on accuracy and pre-gripping.

Still new to v9+ territory, clearly my intuition + lower chain activation + fingers aren't up to par to my strength.

7c Little Dragon
19 Attempts

I've spent over a month training for this route, sticking to a strict diet and workout plan. It took every attempt, but I finally sent the route on my last try. Big thanks to @bossclimbs for hooking me up with a kneepad, @madmickeycat for the endless support and belays, @foreign.perycent and @bossclimbs for the beta breakdown, and @kyen_10 for the encouragement. You all rock!

MY FIRST 10 WTF?!?! 🤯😁🤓🥹
.
Climbing V10 has always been a major goal of mine since I started six years ago. I'm feeling a rollercoaster of emotions with this milestone, especially since my climbing motivation has been waning over the last couple of months. I can't help but feel retrospective about my entire climbing journey and how much it has taken over every aspect of my life—from deciding where to live (haha iykyk 🙃) to skipping hangouts to catch up on sleep the night before climbing, to avoiding saunas and pools so my fingertips don’t get pruney. The list goes on and on.
.
Of course, this has never been a solo journey. I am eternally grateful for all the people I’ve met and connected with along the way. For those who know me personally, you know how much of a social creature I am. I love the climbing community. I love supporting others, even if it’s not reciprocated. I owe every part of my climbing experience to those who’ve supported me, namely @bossclimbs a.k.a. EL JEFE. If it wasn’t for the collective obsession over this insane sport—WE'RE CLIMBING ROCKS, ROCKS 🤣—IDK what I’d be doing TBH. But in all seriousness, if all my closest climbing friends started golfing, I’d probably join their ranks. 😅 Love you all. This one’s for you as much as it is for me. 🫶
.
P.S. I’m not retiring. I completely stole that line from Matt Fultz. 🫣 But I do want to cook more. So we’ll see what happens. 🤷

someone asked if I still climb cause they haven’t seen me post any content but I just haven’t sent much 😢😢

anyway here’s a failed attempt of trying to copy @bossclimbs’s alternate beta on roof romp 🫢🫢

would have liked to post a send video, but I don’t think I actually care too much about sending this. It’s about the journey not the result ✌️this was my best attempt cause I was wasting a lot of energy doing dumb stuff

I've grown attached to this one a little. Powerful moves, one after the other. I initially tried heel hooking my way up to find no success. Turns out pulling in and down thwarts any attempts to go up—darn 🥲. Toeing really helped me pull-in and away to reach the next holds. Love how I'm able to be inspired by other TB2 heads, so S/O to @limberlimb for the toe beta. S/O to gmorris172, whoever you are, for setting this challenging problem. If you have the opportunity to climb the TB2, definitely check this one out! 💪
.
.
.
Footnote: Having such a a good time climbing the TB2 with friends. So far this has been my longest project which gives me tons of satisfaction completing the mirror. I'm pretty obsessed with personal excellence, admittedly to a fault sometimes. Temptation to climb harder and harder is always present when climbing solo which gives me tunnel vision. But experiences like this truly help me realize a greater level of accomplishment beyond my own personal gain. Focus on the formed friendships and camaraderie begin to sharpen and weigh on me. And without being too sappy, let's just call it "having a good time". Looking forward to letting these good times keep on rollin'. 🥰

red rocks 2023 ✅

sweet trip. put some solid burns on pearl, vino rojo, monkey bar hyperglide. Accidentally deleted my vino rojo attempts trying to make space to upload this but it’s ok

no sends, but just happy to be outside again.

Last trip was almost a year ago and I’ve definitely gotten a lot better. Progress might not always be as quick, but slow progress is still progress 💪

I think I’ve gotten a better understanding about finger injuries (specifically re: PIP)

Off to Japan tomorrow. Back on the 20th. After that back to climbing and trying to stay as healthy as possible

s/o everyone who came out for the company and hoping we can climb together more

10.08.22 - narrator: the crimp was in fact *not* comfortable.
this was my very first time at red rock and unfortunately the pearl did not go. i could probably blame my technique, or the fact that it was in the sun all day, or that i’m just weak. but instead, i’m gonna blame it on my pulley injury. but all jokes aside, i just wasted too much energy figuring out the body movements. but i wouldn’t have made it this far without @bossclimbs’s video. big shoutout to my boy for the help. IT GOES NEXT TIME. and don’t forget to like and subscribe to him 🤓
