A #regram moment with @bossdesignus & @neocon_shows !

A reminder that even the most refined designs start somewhere a little rough around the edges.

For the fourth edition of #NapkinsToNeoCon, we’re once again celebrating the part of the design process that rarely makes the final presentation. Here’s to the sketches that open the door to something great.

Human—Made

Nya explores a softer, more expressive approach to lounge seating. Its generous, inviting forms combine a distinctive visual character with a natural sense of comfort and ease, creating spaces where people instinctively want to pause.

Elevated yet approachable, Nya embodies a balance that is central to BOSS: refined but never remote. It reflects the belief that good design should be aspirational while remaining intuitive, comfortable and deeply connected to the way people experience a space.

The best seat in the house? Look no further!

Lucy — winner of the #BestofNeoCon2026 Sustainability & Innovation Award. Where considered craftsmanship meets circular thinking, Lucy reimagines reupholstery as an integral part of design, not an afterthought.

A fresh perspective on longevity, materiality and the art of giving products a second life.

Because the most impactful designs don’t just look good. They do good.

For too long, manufacturers have had to rely on incomplete information, industry anecdotes, and educated guesses to make some pretty significant sales decisions.

Our Market Opportunity Engine (MOE) changes that by giving manufacturers a clearer picture of market potential, how they’re performing in their current markets, and where their resources could make the biggest impact.

We love hearing feedback like this from Dan Chong, President of @bossdesignus, because it speaks to exactly what we’re trying to accomplish: helping manufacturers make smarter, more confident decisions about where and how they grow.
