DAY 6: Final ride to Banyoles, Spain. Closed out the trip with a total of 200 miles ridden & 8,889 ft of elevation climbed! I came, I saw, I conquered 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. Extremely proud of this accomplishment. Thank you @ayesuppose and @bossmeem for creating a space for me to actualize my full potential! Thank you @bhurtinem and @cyclingmeek for the laughs, vibes, mini mental check-ins, and one of many more adventures to come 🫂 We did it 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.

Views with friends make the climb worth it. Day 5 in Tossa, the longest climb, offered a beautiful view and the chance to soak my feet in the Mediterranean Sea, and it was worth it.

Day 3 Balneari Yari’s Route riding through Girona!
Yummy food, Café con leche, Pistachio-Buttered croissants, & Coke vibes. Riding time 444 🙌🏾 I’m building a solid foundation ✅, and my vision is spiritually rooted and protected. The only way is up from here! Shoutout to @bossmeem @ayesuppose for having the vision and gifting us/ me the opportunity to see amazing things. S/O to @cyclingmeek & @bhurtinem for being so dope. I'm So Great 👊🏾

Is American Road Racing Healing?

In 2024 an American woman won the olympic road race, and this year at World’s in Montreal we have an American U23 Men and Elite Men’s World Champion!

COMMUNITY IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL SAVE US!

This is the way.

Congratulations Demi 🌈

I love rooting for the underdogs, but the favorite showed us all why she’s earned that number one spot in the rankings!

Such a good race!!!!!

UAE is gonna want to keep that jersey in their hands, so Almeida and company might be motivated to ride for a new Richard Mille.

Although Seixas might have us listening to Freed From Desire on repeat!

What do y’all think?

Maybe Remco will support Wout this time around?! Maybe not… If they can’t get it together there’s always Thibau Nys!

Lots to catch up on since the tour, make sure you’re following so you can keep up with us in the lead up to UCI road world championships!
