We all love a reception reveal ✨

You’ve spent months planning this party. Picking out the flowers, the linens, the lighting, the tiny details that probably kept you up at night. And then your wedding day comes around, and there’s a good chance you won’t actually see it all put together until the room is full of people.

And selfishly, the photos are just so lovely in this moment. I love seeing your faces when you realize “this is our reception” even more.

And your planner, florist, and entire vendor team will probably love getting to see you experience their hard work, too.

So, for all my Raleigh and North Carolina couples planning their weddings, are we adding a private reception reveal to your timeline?

A space this beautiful doesn’t need to be transformed; it needs to be understood. 🤍

For this celebration, we let the architecture lead, layering in warm wood tones, soft greens, sculptural florals, and thoughtful details that felt at home within the room rather than competing with it.

From the understated floral moments to the rich textures throughout, every choice was made to complement what was already there and create a celebration that felt warm, elevated, and entirely its own.

Because some of our favorite designs begin by asking: What does the space already do beautifully?

Fall weddings forever. It never fails, we get an overcast, slightly damp day with one of our weddings. It makes for a magical, color saturated cozy celebration that becomes utterly unforgettable.

XO fall. Love you.

I'll be sharing all the beautiful images of this gorgeous girl and her heartfelt wedding! T was an absolute dream to work with. There were so many fun details plus all of the rich and punchy color. She told me to bring it on and once I saw the bridesmaids dresses I knew it was going to be so good.

First Sunday off in a bit and I am going to enjoy it! Even with the rain. It gives me an excuse to lay around and relax and really look at some of the beautiful galleries we have received.
This beautiful couple had a vision from the start. The best food and wine paired with elegant and simple florals to compliment the table rather then take over. It made for a very collaborative process and memorable outcome!

Congratulations to you both again!

My main job at your wedding is to notice.

To notice light, and tenderness, and composition.

To notice the moment about to happen, like an embrace from your mom.

To notice your grandmas, from opposite sides of the Atlantic Ocean, sitting and chatting.

To notice those same grandmas on the dance floor.

To notice the energy in the room and how I can respond to it.

To notice silliness with your brother.

Here’s some things I noticed at Coco & Sam’s wedding.
