A little Lark language lesson.

Reverse. Giant. Giant reverse.

Three terms you’ll hear in class that tell you exactly where your body should be in relation to the Mega.

Once you know, you know.

And now you know.

A lot can happen in one month... ✨

Last weekend, we celebrated three incredible women on our team—and three exciting new chapters.

✈️ Faith is heading to Alberta to pursue her pilot’s license.
🎓 Vanessa just graduated from UBCO and will be pursuing midwifery.
🩺 Haley graduates from Chiropractic school next weekend.

While we’re sad to see Faith go, we’re so excited for what’s ahead for all three of them. Watching people grow, chase big goals, and take the next step in their journey is one of the most rewarding parts of building a team.

To celebrate, we spent the afternoon at Lagree followed by tacos, laughs, and lots of reminiscing. A huge thank you to the amazing team at @lagreekelowna for having us and helping make this day so special.

Here’s to strong women, new adventures, and the exciting chapters still to come. 💛

Casual reminder that push-ups are hard and we deserve recognition.

How many Mega Momentum classes have you taken?? 💪

A day in the life with one of our instructors Jess!

Slightly overslept… or did I? That clock is 20 min fast so we’re technically on time. 😏

Quick run ✔️ (yikes, training for Seawheeze Half Marathon because apparently I like pain).

Face on ✔️ Thanks to my assistant keeping me on track.

Tiny breakfast ✔️ gotta fuel the walk-the-walk life.

Classes? 🔥 Still hard every time, but we get stronger together.

Lunch prep ✔️

Dog walk ✔️

Playlist on 🔊 Routines locked.

Wind down: sauna, red light, dogs, pages of my book… and repeat tomorrow. 🤍

Doing Lagree is just like wearing 6” stilettos …keep your abs engaged and heels high!💪🏻👠✨

So thankful for our community and @lagreekelowna for an incredible evening celebrating Lagree, strength, and connection. Strong bodies, strong women, and a space that continues to empower and inspire. 💪✨💖

I love these two ladies and the incredible Lagree community.

Opening a fitness studio is challenging in itself let alone while there’s a global pandemic going on. But the smart, adaptable, and kick ass owners (@marilynscott @kristascott )found a way to keep the doors open and share this powerful, leg shaking, core crunching world of Lagree fitness with the White rock, South Surrey Community and boy am I grateful they did.

If you haven’t tried Lagree, I highly recommend. It’s a 40 minute full body, kick butt, slow twitch workout done on these machines (called the MEGA). All the teachers (including myself 😉) will skillfully guide you through the class, all while listening to great music.

There are tons of class times to choose from, including some this long weekend. Check out @lagreeeffect ❤️
