🌊🤍 Hello, I’m Beth — the girl behind Beth by the Sea ღ

I’m a lover of all things coastal, and so happy to finally be starting this page dedicated to life in Cornwall.

This will be all things like matcha runs, coffee spots, brunch dates, beautiful coastal walks, hidden gems, and all the little everyday moments that make living in Cornwall so special. ☕️🍵🌿

I want this page to be a little collection of everything I love about life here — like a diary I guess? Places to visit, spots worth knowing about and beautiful corners of Cornwall.

Welcome to Beth by the Sea 🌊✨

📍@box_and_barber - It was my first time visiting Box and Barber today and I genuinely can't fault a single thing. They made me feel so welcome, I ordered the sunrise smoothie and the Box wrap, both were absolutely delicious! I can't wait to make this place a frequent thing for me. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere/decor was just as wonderful too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stunning weather today ☀️ Oh my God, it was so lovely to see Caroline Gaskin! Caroline’s been my homeopath for years, but we haven’t seen each other in ages. We had so much to catch up on, including my focus on bone health.

She has the best energy, her knowledge is unreal, and I always learn so much when we’re together. In my eyes, one of the best homeopaths in the UK. Just love being around her 🤍

Sunshine, low tide and the perfect beach walk, followed by lunch at Box & Barber and a lovely walk back. Friendship, sea air and a proper catch-up. What a wonderful day 🌊
