YOUR FALL-O-WEEN ASSIGNMENT HAS ARRIVED!

Gary made a bingo card.

We’re concerned about how much authority he’s giving himself. 😂

Screenshot this, save it, and bring it with you Saturday!

How many squares do you think you can complete?!

🍂 FALL-O-WEEN: OCTOBER 17 | 8 AM–3 PM

Tag the friend who’s helping you finish your card! 💚

SOMEONE GIVE THIS GOBLIN A JOB. 🚨

Gary has officially appointed himself head of Fall-o-ween festivities at Crush. 💚🎃

Nobody hired him. Nobody asked him.

And yet here we are. 😂

He’s been lurking around the shop, judging our drink choices, and apparently planning Saturday’s festivities.

Speaking of which…

🍂🎃 FALL-O-WEEN IS THIS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17!

We’re bringing the fall fun, the spooky vibes, and your favorite Crush drinks!

Now we need YOUR help.

What should Gary’s official job title be?! 😂👇
Wrong answers encouraged.

🩷🩵 A moment to remember. A space to come together.

This Thursday, October 15th, we invite families to join us at Crush Nutrition from 6:30–7:30 PM for the International Wave of Light.

At 7 PM, we’ll light candles in loving memory of the little ones gone too soon. 🕯️

Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you are welcome here. Come as you are, share your story if you wish, or simply be surrounded by love and understanding.

Every baby matters. Every story matters. Forever loved, never forgotten. 🤍

🩷🩵 ALWAYS LOVED. ALWAYS REMEMBERED. 🩷🩵

October is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month, and this is something that holds a very personal place in my heart.

I am 1 in 4. 💔

I’ve experienced the heartbreak of miscarriage more than once. I know the excitement, the dreams, the love that begins long before you ever hold your baby. And I know the heartbreak of having to say goodbye to a little life you never got enough time with.

It’s a kind of loss that isn’t always talked about, but it’s one that stays with you.

To every mama, daddy, and family who has experienced this kind of heartbreak, I see you. I understand more than I wish I did. And I hope you know that your grief matters, your story matters, and your baby matters. 🤍

That’s why we’ve created ALWAYS LOVED, a special tea in honor of the little lives that left such a lasting love.

🩷 Cotton Candy
❤️ Strawberry
🤍 Vanilla
🩵 Sweet Blue Raspberry

A portion of our sales from this tea will go toward a program supporting families affected by pregnancy and infant loss.

Available at Crush Nutrition through October 31st.

This isn’t about selling a tea. It’s about remembering, raising awareness, and reminding families that they aren’t alone.

And if you feel comfortable, you’re always welcome to share your baby’s name in the comments. We’d be honored to remember them with you. 🩷🩵

Because no matter how brief their time with us, they will always be loved.

💚IN CASE NOBODY TOLD YOU TODAY… READ THIS.

You made it through another day. And sometimes, that’s a bigger accomplishment than anyone realizes. 🫶

Today is World Mental Health Day, and while our doors at Crush are closed for the day, this message doesn’t have an expiration date.

💚 You are NOT behind in life.
💚 You don’t have to be strong every second.
💚 It’s okay to struggle and still be grateful.
💚 You deserve the same kindness you give everyone else.
💚 And even when life gets ridiculously hard… KEEP GOING.

Our KEEP GOING tea was more than just a drink today. It was a little reminder that you matter, your feelings matter, and you never know what the person standing next to you might be going through.

To everyone who stopped by, shared a smile, or supported us today, THANK YOU. 💚

The world needs more kindness, more checking on each other, and a whole lot less pretending we’re all fine.

And if nobody has told you lately…

I’m glad you’re here and so is GARY! We love you! 💚

💚 SOME DAYS, JUST SHOWING UP IS ENOUGH. 💚

Tomorrow isn’t just another Saturday at Crush. It’s World Mental Health Day, and we’re serving up a little extra love, encouragement, and a reminder that YOU MATTER. 🫶

💚 Introducing KEEP GOING 💚

A refreshing mix of Green Apple, Pineapple, Lemonade & Cucumber Lime! 🍏🍍🍋

Because sometimes we all need a reminder that:

💚 It’s okay to not be okay.
💚 You don’t have to have it all figured out.
💚 Asking for help is strength, not weakness.
💚 Your story isn’t over.
💚 And you NEVER know what someone else is carrying.

Whether you’re having the best week of your life or barely holding it together, there’s a place for you at our bar. 🥹

So tomorrow, grab your bestie, check on your people, stop by for a tea, and help us spread a little kindness around Jacksonville.

You don’t have to have a good day to deserve a little good in your day. 💚
