Level up.
Together. ❤️‍🔥

This has honestly been one of the boldest things I've ever done.
Trying something completely new. Stepping outside of my comfort zone and into unfamiliar territory. But I've always believed that doing hard things leads to growth. And sometimes, it's as simple as that.

When I first started this journey, my goal was just to get back into the best shape of my life. The last time I was in fight shape was back in 2022, four years ago. And I wanted to see what I was capable of again, this time in a completely different way.

Watching Bruno prepare for his competition and step on stage this past April was a huge inspiration for me. I saw firsthand what went into it. The early mornings, the training, the discipline, the consistency with meals, and all the little choices made every single day.

And honestly? I never thought I could do it.

I didn't think I was that person. The person who could stay that consistent, that committed, day in and day out.

But I wanted to change that.

This year, I made a promise to myself that I was going to prioritize my health. To take better care of myself, to make time for myself, and to actually show up for ME.

So when Ava started school in August, I decided it was time. I started building a proper lifting routine, getting consistent in the gym, and slowly learning how to fuel my body differently.

It's only been a couple of months, but looking back at where I started and where I am now, I'm genuinely proud.

And I definitely haven't done it alone.

Between the encouragement from our gym family, the friends who've helped guide me with my training and nutrition, and all the love and support along the way, it's truly taken a village. 🥹❤️

I'm still learning. Still figuring things out. Still stepping into a version of myself I've never met before.

But things are slowly coming together, and I'm learning to trust the process.

Most of all, I'm just so proud of us.

Bruno, thank you for inspiring me to take this leap and for being right here beside me through it all. I'm so happy and grateful that we get to share this experience together.

Different journeys, but growing together, pushing each other, and cheeri

NEW TRIBAL DROP! 🔥

OUR TRIBAL ATHLETIC TAPE + SELF-ADHESIVE TAPE DROP TODAY!

FRIDAY, 10/16 — 12 PM PST

You’ve seen us tease these.
You’ve seen them on the mats.
And some of you have been asking when you could finally get your hands on them.

Today’s the day.

We’re officially dropping two new tapes:

TRIBAL ATHLETIC TAPE
Built for work. Made for the mats.
Premium materials. Strong adhesive. Clean aesthetic.
Made to hold up when the work gets hard.

SELF-ADHESIVE TAPE
A different kind of tape for a different kind of need.
Strong hold. Easy to use. No traditional adhesive.
Just wrap it, secure it, and get to work.

We’ve put a lot of time into these, and honestly, it means a lot getting to finally share them with the people who have been here watching Nakoa grow.

From the first roll of 'Ohana Tape to these two new additions, you’ve helped us build this thing with us.

And that’s what we hope these always feel like, Nakoa made for the people who live this life with us.

THE WAIT IS OVER.

They’re yours today.

Go get yours.
And then go put them to work.

No One Fights Alone.

Train with meaning. Fight with soul.

WE ARE NAKOA FIGHT CLUB.

Every package in this reel is because of YOU. 📦🤍

Someone at the post office saw all these orders and said, “Wow, you guys must be doing great.” Family… that support is something we will never take for granted. 🥹

Behind these packages is a small team here in Hawaiʻi, checking, packing, and shipping your orders directly from our warehouse. We care about what reaches your doorstep, and we want to get it right.

Recent storms and heavy postal volume have slowed some shipments. We’re also human, and sometimes we make mistakes. If your order is taking longer than expected, we’re sorry. Your time and trust matter to us.

Please give our team a little patience and grace as we work through these orders. If you need an update, reach out with your order number so we can help. 🤝

We’re working toward growing our team and exploring a mainland warehouse to get your packages to you faster. Your support is helping us build toward that.

Thank you for showing up online, in person, and everywhere this journey takes us. From our small team in Hawaiʻi to your doorstep—mahalo for being part of our story. 🌺

Once more, we come together.

Fightstory. United BJJ Hawaiʻi. Waiākea. Kōkua Initiative. In4mation.

Different people, different purposes, united by one thing we all believe: no one should have to face their battles alone.

This year is about showing up for the people we love — and letting them show up for us too. It's about the realness of everyday life, the fights nobody sees. We understand there's a battle in every day of this life. But if we stand together, if we have each other's backs, we stay united.

To whoever needs to hear this: we see you. We're with you. Keep going — one step, one day at a time.

Today is World Mental Health Day, we're bringing this to life two ways:

The 2026 Keep Fighting capsule drops & and we're gathering in person for a No-Gi Open Mat & Open Gym at R1P Fitness — come train, come connect, come be around people who understand, without needing an explanation.

KEEP FIGHTING.

Good people. Real connections. A community that shows up. 🤝🔥

Our community meet & greet with the Success Family was one to remember! Thank you to everyone who came out, shared their energy, and connected with us. We loved seeing so many people come together. Here’s a look at some of those moments. 🎥

Now let’s do it again—with a little movement this time! 🏃☕️

Next up: a community 5K at the R1PFitness gym with R1PFitness, United BJJ, and HNLAX! Come for the 5K, stay for coffee, conversation, and a chance to kick back and meet your community.

If you’re a professional, entrepreneur, or someone looking for people to grow alongside, we’d love to meet you. Bring a friend or come ready to make one.
