I’ve gotta say that it’s a shame for #TheOvalOnBET to end after one of the GREATEST seasons of #TylerPerry television! The show could’ve gone on for as long as a soap opera because there was the option to constantly rotate the sitting President every 4-8 years and incorporate elements of real-world politics.

What could’ve been…am I right?

Crazy to think that is the first Tyler Perry series that I reviewed from top to bottom (on YouTube)! Seriously, I reviewed EVERY SINGLE EPISODE on my channel.

I didn’t start doing #TheHavesandtheHaveNots videos until Season 3, #SistasonBET is still ongoing (besides I skipped 3 episodes in Season 1) and I didn’t review all of Bruh Season 3.

To think that I was ready to call it quits after Jason killed Jean in the Season 1 finale; and no I am still not over that!

Well, Tyler has that White House replica on his studio lot meaning that he has to use it again for a future project. Here’s a few spoofs: Madea Runs for President, Mr. & Mrs. Taylor Go To Washington, The First Ladies Club, If Voting For You Is Wrong, White House of Payne, Love Thy President, Impeach In The Black, etc.

Sad to no longer see this amazing cast on Wednesday nights, BUT I’m hoping to see them appear in other Tyler Perry Studio projects.

My one hope is that maybe just maybe when Ruthless gets to its final solo season, the creators work together on one combo-mega final season where BOTH The Oval and Ruthless closeout with a bang! Tying up all of the various loose ends to give fans who watched since 2019 some much needed closer!

Yes, I have a massive video going over my ideas! I just need time to finish editing.

there’s nothing like a little ✨surprise✨

we had my sweet niece fully convinced we weren’t gonna be able to make it to Nashville for her 6th birthday (and she was SO sweet and understanding about it of course🙃), but little did she know that there was zero chance I was missing out on celebrating her magical life.

We missed her SO MUCH, and being able to make her feel so loved and special was simply the best feeling in the world!!

Happy almost birthday my sweet niece, you are so so loved!!

I cannot express enough how LUCKY we were that our blowout scenario wasn’t worse. A blown tire can destroy plumbing, rip jack’s off (technically it broke our jack we just didn’t find out until later🙃) and even cause us to lose control and wreck. Luckily for us we were able to pull over and quickly and safely to get everything fixed back up. Unfortunately we picked up a screw in a second fifth wheel tire so we needed a full set replacement. With our tire size being an odd size, it needed to be ordered for us so we lost a day on the way to Atlanta BUT I build time like this into my planning just in case we have something unexpected happen (like this🥲). Luckily the guys at Nebraskaland Tire delivered them right to our door at the crack of dawn and got us fixed up and ready to finish our exhaustingly long trek to the southeast. Just a reminder that not every day looks like a magical adventure. Some days give you grays and make you question just exactly what the heck you’re doing out here!

well, the west is officially in our rearview today. the feeling of saying “see you later” is always bittersweet, but we’re feeling grateful this time around because after daydreaming about spending more time here we got six whole weeks this year. enough time to watch summer start to drift away on chilly morning breezes and to listen to countless thunderstorms roll through the valley…to make new friends and visit old ones and to even show up to the ranch a week early because we were just too dang excited to notice, haha! and even though our post-montana blues are already kicking in full force, we’re already working on our bucket list for our next time around 🌞
