You need more than stretching alone to address your pain👆

Stretching isn't bad. It can temporarily improve range of motion, decrease the feeling of stiffness, and help you feel better. But if your symptoms continue to return, simply stretching the same area over and over may not address why you're having the problem in the first place

Your body has to be able to actively control the ranges of motion you have. That means building strength, improving movement capacity, and gradually exposing the body to the movements and loads it needs to tolerate

If pain shows up during movement, an active movement problem often needs an active movement solution

Use stretching as a tool, not the entire solution💪

Second posing session with @verocinque_110hh and I’m already making this man question what he signed up for. 😂💀

Had to cram my last two meals together just to make it to posing on time. Safe to say showing up with 240g of rice sitting in my stomach wasn’t my brightest decision. 😂🍚

All jokes aside, I appreciate the hell out of Jordan. The amount of knowledge this dude has and the attention he puts into every little detail is exactly what I needed. He’s not just telling me what to fix, he’s making sure I actually understand what I’m doing and why.

I’ve learned more in these two sessions than I realized I was missing, and we’re only getting started.

3 weeks out. Lets see what happens when you put your head down, take the criticism, and do the fucking work. 🤝🔥

3 WEEKS OUT. RUN IT BACK. 😈

Already a pound lighter than my last show day weight.

Conditioning is better. Posing is sharper. Waist went from a 28 to a 26.

And we still have 3 weeks to work.

This prep has been far from perfect. But that’s the fucking point. Life doesn’t stop because you’ve got a goal. Shit goes wrong. You get tested. Things don’t always go according to plan.

None of that changes the mission.

Stay disciplined. Be precise. Make the adjustments. Trust the work you’ve put in and keep showing up even when things aren’t going your way.

I’m not chasing perfection. I’m chasing improvement. And right now, the difference is showing.

Never count yourself out. Never give up on yourself.

KEEP FUCKING GOING.

I’ve been using these as a warm up for my leg day and they’ve really helped prepare my knees💪

2-3 sets 15-30 seconds each side starting out

As you progress you can get closer to 45 seconds per side
