Art is about sacrifice. It’s about discipline. You need to be willing to sacrifice and work hard for your craft, to take the hits and get back up again, to laugh in the face of adversity and the world wanting you to fail. Art has the power to make an impact, and in a world full of AI slop it’s easy for true artists to get lost in the din of conformity. Playing for the algorithm, curating safe content that tech overlords can push on us. True art takes courage. Webster’s dictionary defines courage as “strength in the face of pain or grief”. That’s where true art lives. Stay brave.
