I’m not one to shout about what I do...

Sharing feedback like this feels icky to me. But this is me stepping outside my comfort zone - showing up, and owning what I do.

Conversation Club was never about a name. It’s about the room, and the women in it.

It’s about what happens when you bring women together to talk - properly, honestly without performance or pretence.

Even though I’ve only been talking about my Conversation Club on here since June, this isn’t a new thing. I’ve been holding space; hosting events with meaningful conversation at the heart, for 15 years.

I just hadn’t owned it - until now.

Thank you to every woman who’s ever sat round the table with me. This week, last month, years ago. I’m grateful for every conversation and connection ❤️

I’m excited to welcome more of you into our conversation community.

Laura x

(PS: we’re not limited to St Albans, I host online events too so please don’t let location stop you getting in touch).

One for our dads! Things got quite technical... but we had a lot of fun learning to braid over a beer.

French plaits first, then Rumi’s braid from Demon Hunters (apparently the one they all want). Genuine skill learnt, perfect for the school run 🙌

Pegged as the “Glastonbury of Business”… and we can see why! 🎪💡🚀

We had such a brilliant time at Ideas Fest✨Surrounded by business builders, entrepreneurs, creatives and big thinkers who aren’t afraid to challenge the usual way of doing things.

For us, one of the best parts wasn’t just the business ideas or inspiration it was meeting people with similar values and mindsets. Hello to our lovely new connections 👋🏻

People creating their own path. Thinking outside the box. Building something meaningful. Supporting others. Sharing ideas and genuinely wanting to see each other succeed. ❤️

There’s something really energising having conversations with people who see things differently and being reminded of just how much is possible.

We came away with fresh perspectives, lots of ideas, some brilliant new connections and plenty of inspiration for what’s next.

Sometimes, finding your kind of people is exactly what you need.

Business, creativity, connection #ideasfest #buisnesswoman #thinkoutsidethebox #entrepreneur

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for Braids & Beers! 🪮🍻

Parents got to practise their braiding skills on some very patient (and very quiet!) heads 😂

Lots of laughs, learning and good vibes. Thanks for coming along and making it such a fun one!

Until the next one!
