The ultimate girls’ day reset at Degree Wellness in Draper @richardsonslivewell .

We stacked our therapies for a full-body recharge: starting with the infrared sauna, moving to targeted compression massage boots (while doing oxygen therapy AND a blue light facial simultaneously), braving the -175 degree cryotherapy chamber, and finishing up under the red light therapy for that perfect warm glow.

If you and your friends need a major reset, you have to check this place out. Your first session is only $20! Grab your besties and go get recharged.

Our blends have all been tested and each of our greens packs a punch. More than 40X the nutrients than the full-grown plant in many cases. Meet the girls who bring it 💚

Each of them is chosen for something specific. Amy packs a major sulforaphane punch. Jill brings the vitamin E. Together they’re the backbone of our freeze-dried blends, grown in living soil, harvested and packaged right from our farm in Springville, Utah!

Which green is your favorite and what would YOU name her? Drop it below 👇

👯‍♀️ Sisterhood is laughing at absolutely nothing, loving each other even when we don’t agree, and ESPECIALLY when one is “acting crazy” 😜 It’s also caring enough to listen to it all… the good, the bad, and the ugly! Because we ALL need that person! 🫶

Send to your partner in crime, whether she’s your sister by blood or your sister at heart! 💕
