As someone with anxiety and OCD, running is essential for my physical and mental health — and as someone with plantar fasciitis, I could lose my ability to run through overtraining or injury. I’m grateful to the coaches and trainers who support me and my running through physical therapy, feedback, and pushing me to build other activities like cycling, swimming, strength, yoga, and pilates into my workouts so I can continue to run in the future.

Thank you to those I’ve taken @lifetime.life classes with, including Brandi and Connie (cycling, shown here), Jerilyn (Shred), Maximilian (GTX), Kelly G (strength), John Shaya (dance), Meghan M and Magdalena (pilates), Katy Lloyd (yoga), and Lucy Palms (HIIT). And especially to the three women who have continually been willing to have tough conversations to help me adapt and improve: @brandimiddler (shown center here), @bellasmuscles, and Cassie at LifeSpa.
