I thought my point and shoot was broken bc I left it outside on the porch one night and it rained, but it ended up being totally fine after a couple weeks and a fresh battery! So in celebration, here are some photos I found from NY and NZ and Boston and NorCal and Sequoia and Florida and home :D

@willswinton’s Flames | 250D & 500T 16mm “This film is about a son who reconnects with his childhood self after his father passes. I wanted to approach the music video as a fly on the wall, capturing memories and experiences in a way that evokes nostalgia for the one who has lived through them, or a deep sense of yearning for those yet to experience them. The characteristics and concepts explored are human, personal, and profoundly resonant. For me, film isn’t just a medium or format, it’s a character and an emotion that engages the viewer on a level that digital experiences simply cannot replicate.” Director Brandon Chen “We wanted the video to look somewhere in between a documentary and a memory, I think 16mm film helps a lot with that feeling.” DP Guido Raimondo Tap the bio, watch the music film. THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED @dinahjane | 250D + 500T 16mm “From the outset of the conversation with Dinah and her team, it became clear to me that film was the medium that would best capture the essence of our project. Our shared goal was to create a video that felt authentic and relatable, something that resonated with the human experience. This is why we decided on 16mm film. Its unique texture and warmth would lend a tangible quality to our storytelling, grounding it in reality and inviting viewers to connect with the narrative on a deeper level.” Director Brandon Chen Tap the link in bio to watch the full film.
