TWO WEEKS OUT LETS GO

18 hour week of training in the books last week.

Love all my people who I train with.

The best part is the journey.

Blessed for a healthy body and doing my best every single day not to take it for granted.

Genuinely have been pushing to my absolute limits and it feels so damn good.

Getting excited for Ironman 70.3 Augusta race day here on Sunday, September 27th.

Time to get dialed.

Two weeks out from my 4th Ironman 70.3 and the runs are finally starting to click.

Was able to hold some 6-6:30 min/mile intervals for 8 of the 13 miles which is very solid for me. Also had my Ironman training partner @brandonrwilk6 pushing me the whole way.

Still sitting just below 200lbs and aiming to be 190 by race day, so time to cut.

V02 max is at an all time high of 56/57 right now which will climb even higher shaving some weight.

Been working harder than I ever have to prep for this race, and cannot wait to let loose and see where all these early mornings and late nights will take me.

Time to keep at it. And happy Saturday

When the purpose of a 7 day triathlon camp is to get the best performance out of the training, recovery is a priority! So when deciding what to eat we knew we needed something high in bioavailability and made with clean ingredients, but something that didn’t taste bland. After sampling Cuisine Solutions products at multiple Ironman expos, it was a no brainer. We went with the trusted Ironman partner for protein sources during meals and felt strong throughout the whole camp!
