Community.

Even more so, community that offers real connection and aligns in values.

Networking is transactional. It asks, “What can you do for me?”

Community asks, “How can we build together?”

The Welcome Collective events have quickly become one of my favorite days. A moment to meet, to connect on a deep level, and to step into your next chapter with a community that uplifts the vision and dreams you see for yourself.✨ Thank you for our beautiful day in March @alchemy_collective_.

Welcoming South Bay entrepreneurs to Collective N°3 next month and Collective N°4 in August. Express your interest in applying via the link in our bio. 🤎

Speak your dreams aloud.

This beautiful video by @brandsofparadise, capturing our Welcome Collective N°3 at @alchemy_collective_, is proof of the power of doing so.

The v.o. of the video was actually captured at our launch event back in November, when Welcome Collectives were just something I had been dreaming about.

Hearing my words overlayed with their manifestation is so special.

There is so much power in speaking your dream aloud—especially in the presence of other women.

Want to join our community of heart-led South Bay entrepreneurs? Fill out the brief interest form via the link in the bio.

And to all the incredible women-owned dream businesses that made this Welcome Collective so amazing, thank you. 🤎🤎

Yesterday’s Welcome Collective N°2 was a dream at @alchemy_collective_ in @elsegundocity.

Our members stepped into Lauren’s space, manifested from her dreams and heart. She shared her journey, which included changing the name of her business from one that only reflected her to one that reflected the collective strength of her all-woman team, exemplifying just the type of woman Lauren is. One who uplifts, one who makes safe spaces for those around her, one who dreams with others in mind.

I can’t wait to share what @brandsofparadise and @alexispetersonphoto captured for us, but in the meantime, a tremendous thank you to Lauren, the owner of @alchemy_collective_, for opening her heart and space to our community. It is a true honor to have you as a member.✨

Collective N°2, we are so happy to officially welcome you. 🤎

Collective N°3 initiating in May. Express interest in applying via the link in our bio.✨

Something I think about a lot when planning a Rêve experience is the little details. It brings me a lot of joy and creative fulfillment, but there is actually a deeper reason for this level of curation.

It stems from a desire to give back the level of detail women pour into their own businesses day in and day out.

Entrepreneurship requires you to constantly be thinking of others — partners, suppliers, customers. So when I was building this, I knew I wanted members to really ✨feel✨ that someone had been thinking of 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎.

You can’t pour from an empty cup. And what I hear more often than not is that entrepreneurial women are running on fumes.

The Rêve Collective gives South Bay entrepreneurs community and all that comes with that — learning, connection, collaboration, expansion.

But it also gives you a reason to make space. Space for time with this community, and space for time with yourself. Both tremendously powerful for dreamers and builders.

Together, harnessing that Collective energy, we ground, we gather, we dream, we learn, and we build.

Collective N°3 is forming now. If this resonates with you — or you know a woman who would make a wonderful addition — express interest or share via the link in bio. Can’t wait to welcome you. 🤎
