The Brazilian Method isn’t just another glute class, it’s a targeted, science-based sculpting program. This class uses precise resistance band sequences to tone, align, and sculpt your core, glutes, and thighs.

Real results come from correct technique. Grab a band and let’s get to work.

I asked some very thoughtful and generous humans to share how my workshops have impacted them, hoping their voices would inspire others to practise mindfulness 😌 What I share here not only brings joyful tears to my eyes, but also stands as a testimony to the value of the practice 🪷 Thank you, thank you, thank you to my Teachers and to everyone who has kindly given me the gift of their attention 🙏

Be thankful despite when things are tough. My knee was ruptured after I jumped in the air to deviate off from a ski race course I ended up on in Leysin. Amazing rescue service on the piste. I am grateful. Following surgery 2 months ago @hug_ge , I still do not have full leg extension and do not walk balanced yet. On days I have low energy, I end up immobile. Working through each day with help to rebuild. #skiaccident #aclrecovery #kneereplacementsurgery #aclsurgery #kneesurgery #kneepain #postivethinking #postoperativerecovery #rehabilitation #surgery
