We had a wonderful opening weekend at our Pumpkin Farmstand! So many wonderful families came out to visit and pick out some pumpkins, dried corn stalks and indian corn for their fall displays along with flowers from our u pick field! We enjoyed seeing all of the kiddos excited about Halloween and are so grateful to everyone who made the trek out to our little farm this past weekend. Thank you for the support! We will be open again this weekend, Sat and Sun, Oct 3-4 from 10-4. This will be our final weekend for pumpkins and U-pick flowers this season. We still have quite a few pumpkins in the field we will be harvesting through the week, along with loads of blooms ready for your choosing in the flower field. So if you missed us this past weekend, please come visit this Saturday or Sunday from 10-4!🧡🎃 ‼️45300 Via Vaquero Temecula/DeLuz 92590 Looking forward to seeing you soon! #pumpkin #pumpkinpatch #upickflowers #flowers #explorepage

A question for all the bakers out there… professional bakers, home bakers, hobby bakers, sourdough addicts — all of you. 😂 When you’re standing in the kitchen at 4 or 5 AM… do you ever stop for a second and think: “What am I actually doing here?” 🤣 Because apparently at some point I made the life decision that waking up when normal people are still sleeping… to make bread… was a great idea. 🥖😂 Bakers, I need to know: What’s YOUR 4 AM bakery thought? 👇😂 And tag a baker who is probably already awake while everyone else is sleeping. 🥖☕️ Bonus points if your answer involves flour, coffee, or questioning your life choices. 🤣 #BakerLife #SourdoughBaker #BakeryLife #CharlestonSC #KraftAndCrust

An ode to the local baker Deep within the heart of each baker there is a commitment and dedication to the community. Why else would they endure the early mornings? Constantly be on alert? Working twelve plus hour days They are artists creating a savory edible landscape for all of us to enjoy In France they have an artisan bakery for every 2,000 people. In San Diego that number is closer to 1 in 75,000 people Gather, share smiles, break bread, thank and support your local baker They are part of the lifeblood of a thriving community #thewholewheatguild
