Holy wah. 7+ hours of live music in 18 hours! I really don't know if I've ever received more love and energy from folks than I did at last night's Dead show and this morning at the Farmer's Market. I just wanted to thank everyone who made my Friday night and Saturday morning so special by dancing, singing along, and filling up the tip jar.

Big shout out to @moon.lightmeadows and @breadbergy for feeding me, @pileatedfarms for the badass CSA, @deadrivercoffee for the fuel, and the @mqtfarmersmarket crew (@sorta.emma and @bri_guyshier) for running a great market. I'll be back at the Commons with more tunes on Saturday, October 3rd. ☮️🎶✨

Genuinely obsessed with this meal. Mushrooms I got from Bergy, kale, garlic scapes, green onions, and eggs from our Pileated Farms CSA. Stir fry it all in olive oil and chili crisp, throw a couple of fried eggs on top. Takes 10 minutes tops, tastes AMAZING every single time. Thank you, food friends!

Shout out to @breadbergy! I sold Eric one of my guitars, and he hooked me up with some truly delicious sourdough and a shirt in the process. I asked @hyscrochet if she knew them, and she said, "of course, we both vend the @mqtfarmersmarket!" Gotta love community. Thanks, Eric!

That may be a record for selling out of eggs at the @mqtfarmersmarket today! I sold 55 dozen in 1.5 hrs! I absolutely can not supply the demand for organically produced, soy/corn free, clean unwashed eggs. 🤷🏻 And NO, I’m not getting more chickens! And our neighbor at the market, @breadbergy, has this super cool lard tin that held 50 lbs of lard! And it’s from Hormel, believe it or not! No idea what year that’s from, but obviously before the sugar industry published a falsified study saying saturated fats cause cardiovascular disease, in order the boost profits in the sugar industry. That folks, is when human health started to drastically decline! Anyway, what a day! If you want Grateful Eggs…laid by hippy “chicks”, you need to get to the market early! Thank you for the continued support and for demanding high quality food that is produced using the highest quality feed I can get! We appreciate you! 🙏🙌🏽✊🏽👨‍🌾👩🏻‍🌾 #shadygrovefarmup #permaculture #permaculturefarm #beyondorganic #trulyorganic #no-non-GMOmarketingpitchhere #nongmoisnotorganic #butorganicisalwaysnongmo #soyfreeeggs #cornfreeeggs
