Here’s our menu for Breadfest Pdx 2026! ✨
So much love, hard work, and quite a few sleepless nights have gone into creating this menu!
I’ve poured my heart into every little detail, hoping to bring you something special, comforting, and full of warmth. A little nostalgia, a little taste of home, and flavors that mean so much to me.

I’m especially excited to debut our first-ever Indian inspired sourdough donut - RASMALAI 💛
A soft, fluffy donut with creamy saffron and cardamom filling, inspired by one of my favorite Indian desserts!

As always, everything is 100% sourdough, made with organic flour, premium and real ingredients.

I really hope you all come out to Bread Fest PDX this Sunday, October 18th, from 10 AM–2 PM
So many talented bakers will be bringing their own creativity, stories, and beautiful bakes to share.

Come hungry, bring your friends, and enjoy a day filled with amazing bread, good food, and community.

Can’t wait to share all of this with you! 💛

BREADFEST RETURNS 10/18 🍞🥖🥨🥐🥯

A little about us:

MIGHTYFINE is a one man operation with the mission to bring a Penn-Dutch pretzel to the PNW. I grew up with the snack as a daily ritual. In 2025, Mighty Fine brought that tradition to Portland, hand-shaping every pretzel using traditional blend of Amish / Bavarian recipes paired with exclusive Pacific Northwest ingredients. No shortcuts, no big team - just one guy up before dawn, rolling dough with the same care his hometown had been doing for generations. Mighty Fine is proof that the simple pleasures are still worth doing right. No fuss, just pretzels. 🥨

We are grateful for the opportunity to share them this year thanks to Brad @gooddoughpdx for inviting us.

Come support, grab a pretzel, and check out so many other talented artisans at this year’s fest.
