Today I officially completed my very first marathon!!🥇🏃🏻‍♀️

I might have lost feeling in my legs and the will to live today but I did gain a beautiful shiny new medal and a crazy amount of pride!

But remember who it’s all for!!

There is still time to donate to the incredible Break the Mould here…

It’s safe to say we absolutely smashed it today and we will pay for it tomorrow🫠😅

💜 Making a Difference Right Here on the Wirral

Had a lovely catch-up with Kris from @breakthemouldgb @nuda.uk today, a fantastic local charity based here in Wallasey doing some really important work in our community.

Kris and his team of volunteers support local children, young people and families through activities, sports programmes, food support and opportunities that can make a real difference to people's lives. ❤️

It's always inspiring meeting people who genuinely care about making our community a better place.

🦋 The Butterfly Ball – 21st November 2026

Kris and the team are busy preparing for their upcoming charity ball at The Manor in Greasby, and it sounds like a wonderful evening for a great cause.

📅 Saturday 21st November
📍 The Manor, Greasby
🕡 6:30pm – midnight
🎟️ Tickets £50
🥂 Dinner, drinks, entertainment and fundraising activities

If you're a local business or simply someone who loves supporting our community, why not get involved? Whether that's attending the ball, offering support, donating or just helping spread the word, it all makes a difference.

Please give Break The Mould a follow and take a look at the wonderful work they're doing. 💜

This weekend I took part in something I never ever thought I would… National Three Peaks in 24hrs, a wonderful but in parts truly awful experience with a great group of friends and fabulous Guides & Drivers!
Thank you to each and everyone of you who donated to my @breakthemouldgb Just Giving page, still time to donate to this wonderful charity if you would like ❤️

Hello my lovelies,

For some insane reason I have convinced myself that running 26.2 miles around York would be a good idea. It’s way too early for a midlife crisis, surely?

For the next few months, my life will consist of long runs, a heavenly amount of carbs and telling anyone that will listen that I’m a serious runner now, don’t you know!

I am running for the incredible ‘Break The Mould’. Based on the Wirral, Break The Mould support young people, families and individuals in need through their Social Supermarket, affordable food provision, youth engagement and holiday programmes to tackle food poverty, food waste, youth disengagement and to teach young people valuable skills and provide them chance to socialise, learn and play in a safe environment.

Every donation will be going to this wonderful cause - which also means I can’t fake an injury at mile 15 like I planned!

Thank you so much for backing me and giving Break The Mould the support, and if you see me after 26.2 miles please point me to the nearest pub! Now please excuse me while I question every life choice I have ever made.

‘Taking on a challenge is a lot like riding a horse. If you’re comfortable while doing it, you’re probably doing it wrong.’ - Ted Lasso.

Cheers, love you, byeee.

The last 2 months has been full on

Another successful summer project loads of spaces attended children fed and none stop fun and laughter
I still believe we do it best.

I’ve been learning about fundraising chancing my hand at bigger bids with no experience and the lack of ability to construct punctuated sentences
But AI prompts levels the playing field 😂

Planning our fundraiser, going to networking events, buying a property, getting the contents removed then getting a leak it goes to market next week and while thats happening we’re looking to grab another now

Our property business has been 24/7 from our purchases, to working with national brokers and global investors

Still balancing a sports business

Also getting away on trips as much as possible and trying not to be a fat bastard it’s a lot 🍔🍕

A fantastic morning at this week’s BNI meeting!

Thank you to @janmcfca for a brilliant education slot, sharing practical tips on how to get the most out of 1-2-1s and how to stand out in your networking. It was a valuable reminder of the power of preparation, listening, and communicating your value clearly.

We’re also proud to share that our recent abseiling event raised an incredible £2,050 for @breakthemouldgb ! A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated, and supported the cause, a great example of business and community coming together.
