Completing my 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yogagarhi in Bali was a truly transformative experience. The depth of knowledge, personalized guidance from the teachers, advanced anatomy, philosophy, and teaching methodology helped me grow both as a teacher and as a person. The supportive community and beautiful Bali setting made the journey even more special. I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to deepen their practice and teaching. - Brecht Ji

Time to let it Flow. Let go.

The most important thing I’ve learned lately is all about the Balance and about letting yourself being taken to the natural flow of the Yin and the Yang of life. You never know when life will surprise you.

When things seem to be dark, tough and challenging, it’s when you should be more open to say Yes. Why not? There’s nothing stopping you but yourself.

Just surrender, let go and live the present moment. The Present is the only thing that exists.

You never know when you’ll find people who help you grow, who teaches you or reminds you what you need and who will show you what true love really means ⭐️❤️

New Flow. New Life. New Me ✨

I came to yoga ten years ago as a busy student with a part-time job. Back then, it helped me soothe my mind and find space and stillness in the hectic London life. My practice was irregular, but yoga was always there - I would gravitate towards it whenever I needed to reconnect with myself. Over the years, yoga taught me humility and gentleness. It taught me patience and acceptance of my body and its limitations. It taught me to surrender and let go of things I cannot control while giving me the tools to temper the only thing I can control - my mind.

I had always dreamt of being able to share the gift of yoga with others. Finally, this year, I decided to train as a yoga teacher. During the weeks I spent with the incredible @yogaunionbali team, not only did I deepen my practice, but also learned that non-violence starts with your own mind and body, that the goal of yoga is simply finding balance, not “unlocking” the most impressive poses nor pushing your body to the limits; that our breath is the most powerful tool we have; that ego gets in the way of meaningful practice and life; that by engaging with yoga we’re borrowing from someone else’s culture and religion and we should never lose sight of that. I also learned a lot about anatomy, which changed how I look at movement and the human body.

I’m honoured to have had an incredible mix of teachers who were always there to provide guidance and motivation and, most importantly, share their knowledge and experience in a manner that leaves you hungry for more. Thank you @himanshu.yoga @yogaconniko @the_reading_yogi @lailamfarouk @michaelyoga.pt @gourav_yoga.

I also feel incredibly grateful for the kindest, most supportive and loving group of people I met on this journey. We would lift each other up and help one another on and off the mat. One of the most beautiful experiences of this training was giving my first class, knowing that every single person in the room wanted me to succeed and had my back - it’s rare to find yourself in a room full of adults so nurturing and encouraging. Thank you with all my heart 💗🔥✨
