Dawn, can we talk about what girls actually need?

Groceries in the fridge. A safe place to live. Healthcare when they’re sick. Fully funded schools. Families who can afford to show up for their games without choosing between gas and dinner.

You want to talk about their safety? Their dignity? Their opportunity to succeed?

So do I. And those things matter long before a girl steps onto a basketball court.

I’m running to end the state grocery tax, make healthcare affordable and accessible, and fully fund public schools.

Because protecting children should mean addressing the problems they live with every day.

Let’s fight this nonsense with action Rutherford County!

Early voting now until 10/29! Go vote!

As I’ve spoken with voters across the district, I’ve assured them I will bring their concerns to the state legislature because I am running to stand up for what matters to Rutherford County—not special interests.

These testimonials are proof that our community leaders trust me to do just that.

I’m honored to have the endorsements of Commissioners Hope Oliver, Jeff Crum, Brendan Doughtie, Cathy Watts, and Sean Gilliland to be the leader our county has been asking for.

They made basic needs unaffordable.
Let’s make them unemployed.

Groceries. Housing. Childcare. Healthcare. A paycheck should cover more than the bills you have to choose between.

If you’re working overtime just to survive, the people elected to serve you should be working overtime to fix it.

And if they won’t?
We can fill their seats with people who will.

Your vote is their performance review.
Let’s give them one.

Team Wynn showed up and showed out at Murfreesboro’s No Kings today!

While Angela was in Franklin, where she was invited to speak, our team stood with our neighbors right here in Murfreesboro.

Two cities. One message: power belongs to the people. No crowns required.

To everyone who showed up, raised their voice, and stood together—thank you.

Keep that energy going, and carry it to the ballot box!

Running with an ad from what you said you would do 8 years ago in your campaign is a little wild to me, but I digress…

I’m not a teacher.
You are.

This paper needs some revision.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT:
Explain why you deserve another term.

“Standing up to socialism.”
🔴 Define your terms. Which specific policy are you referencing?

“Taking on the radical Socialist left.”
🔴 Name-calling does not support your thesis.

“Stopping … illegal immigrant handouts.”
🔴 Loaded language. Identify the program, eligibility requirements, and actual benefit.

“Casting the deciding vote.”
🔴 Show your work. Include the bill number, date, and vote count.

“Improving Tennessee’s schools.”
🔴 Supporting evidence needed. What improved? Include funding, staffing, or student outcomes.

“Fighting against the woke socialist agenda.”
🔴 You’ve repeated your accusation without explaining it. Be specific.

“Protecting our communities.”
🔴 Explain how. Identify the legislation and demonstrate its results.

“The radical Left’s dangerous, soft-on-crime agenda.”
🔴 Whose proposal? What would it do? What evidence supports your conclusion?

FINAL GRADE: INCOMPLETE

Your paper identifies several things you oppose but gives voters little detail about what you will deliver.

I can give your constituents what you HAVE delivered, but I’ll give you the opportunity to correct yourself first.

Please revise with specific policies, credible sources, measurable results, and a plan for the people you’re asking to represent.

“Fighting” appears repeatedly. Explain what your constituents have won.

The best part of waking up… is knowing what you’re voting on. ☕💻

The skit is fictional.

The question is serious:
Are our lawmakers prepared to make decisions about technology that will shape our lives for decades?

The median age in America is 39.
The median US Senator age is 66.
134 Members of Congress are 70 or older.
28 are 80 or older.

AND YET they are voting on the things that are relevant today.

In a 2023 Pew Research Center survey, 87% of Americans supported congressional term limits, and 79% supported maximum age limits for federal elected officials.

Maybe, just maybe America needs to put term limits on the ballot.

It is also important to highlight who shows up to choose our leaders?

Nationwide in the 2024 election, reported turnout among U.S. citizens was:

▪️Ages 18–24: 47.7%
▪️Ages 25–44: 60.2%
▪️Ages 45–64: 70.0%
▪️Ages 65+: 74.7%

The decisions made today will shape our classrooms, careers, privacy, and opportunities for years to come.

Every generation deserves a voice in that future.
Every lawmaker owes us preparation, understanding, and accountability.

Let’s make sure we show up to vote for our future Tennessee.

On October 12, I had the opportunity to speak before the Rutherford County Planning Commission in support of a proposed moratorium on AI data centers.

As our county continues to grow, we need to take a closer look at the potential impacts of these facilities, including:

• Increased electricity and water consumption
• Potential increases in utility costs for residents
• Environmental concerns and long-term economic benefits

I’m not against progress!! I believe responsible development should always come first.

I’m encouraged by the Planning Commission’s support for the proposed moratorium, but the process isn’t over! The proposal is scheduled to go before the Rutherford County Commission on October 15 for further consideration.

I encourage everyone to stay informed and make their voices heard. These decisions affect all of us.

Progress is important, but responsible progress matters even more.

An accusation is not a conviction, Tennessee.

Vote NO on Tennessee Constitutional Amendment 1.

Amendment 1 would expand the circumstances in which judges can deny bail before trial for people accused of certain crimes, when the proof is evident or the presumption great.

The charges are serious.
So is changing our Constitution.

We can demand public safety, support victims, and protect the rights of people who have not been convicted.
Those commitments belong together.

Protect the presumption of innocence.
Vote NO on Amendment 1—and share this so your neighbors know what’s on their ballot.

Many local campaigns for August proposed a data center moratorium and tonight the Rutherford County Planning Commission has a public comment period on the proposed resolution for a 6 month moratorium.

Anyone that wishes can have 3 minutes to speak on the issue and you do not need to sogn up beforehand.

Meeting is at 6PM at the Historic County Courthouse on the Murfreesboro square on the 2nd floor.

🗣Rutherford County is done waiting!

Tonight, neighbors in Senate District 13 packed the room and said it plainly: they want big money out of Tennessee politics. They took the Stand Together pledge to pass the Restore Power to the People Act, because they're tired of a Republican-controlled legislature that answers to corporations before it answers to them.

Their GOP state senator has never held a town hall. Not once. So @senatorcharlaneoliver came to them ‼️

People asked the hard questions about toll lanes, vouchers, and data centers, and they got straight answers. Then they heard from Democratic Nominee @awynnforsenate about what this district could look like with a senator who actually shows up.

The system is rigged because politicians like Do-Nothing Dawn White are bought and sold by corporate money. The people of District 13 are ready to change that.

Vote November 3rd. 🗳️
