You can have the best comp plan in the world, but if the culture is broken, people won’t stay.

Culture is built from the inside out. It’s the environment you create, the standards you hold, and the behaviours you allow.

And the interesting thing about culture is that we’re all contributing to it, whether we realize it or not.

So take a look around your team. What behaviours are being celebrated? What behaviours are being tolerated? What happens when nobody is watching?

Build the right environment and you give good people a place to become even better.

Culture beats compensation every time. 🔥

One of the biggest gifts this business has given our family has nothing to do with money.

It’s the people our kids are growing up around.

Great families with strong marriages, kids who respect their parents, and people who build each other up, push each other forward, and genuinely want to see each other win.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people we get to do this business with. We’re building something pretty special here, and there’s always room for more great people. 💛

These kids used to fit in my arms.

Somehow, the years keep moving.

And the older I get, the less interested I am in explaining my choices to people & the more interested I am in making sure I’m spending my time building a life I’m proud of.

People will always have opinions.

Let them.

They don’t have to live your life.

You do.

So build one worth living.

When was the last time you were genuinely excited to spend a weekend with the people you work with?

Not because you had to.

Because you wanted to.

To celebrate the wins.
To reflect on the challenges.
To reconnect with people who’ve become family.
And to dream about what’s possible together.

These are some of my favourite moments of the year.

Not because of what we accomplish individually—but because of what happens when a group of people believes in something bigger than themselves.

Maybe the question isn’t just what you do for work…
but who you get to build it with.

Coming Soon: September 25–27.
Showcase 2026. 🔥

$100,000.

This milestone means more to me than a number ever could.

For years, this was something we dreamed about. It took us longer than we expected, but we also had a much farther journey to grow from who we were into who we are today.

Nine years ago, I got started in this business because I wanted to help people. I wanted control of my time. I wanted to be a present husband and, one day, a present father.

There were countless early mornings and late nights. In fact, I’m writing this after getting up at 4:30 a.m. to make one last push before the month ends so I could help a few more families.

There were moments when I questioned whether I was good enough. Moments when I wondered if we were ever going to make it. Moments when I asked, “When will it be our turn?”

What kept me going was my faith, incredible mentors, genuine friendships, and people who believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself.

I’ve learned that when God places a vision on your heart, your job is to go all in. One of my favorite reminders is that prayer isn’t meant to bend the Father’s will to ours—it’s meant to align our will with His.

More than this recognition, I’m grateful for the families we’ve been privileged to serve. Families who are now better protected. Families with a plan to become debt-free. Families who are building wealth and preparing confidently for retirement after being overlooked by the traditional financial industry.

Most of all, I’m grateful for my wife and family. They stood beside me through every challenge and every victory. My wife believed in me from day one, and I wouldn’t be the man I am today without her. This isn’t my recognition—it’s ours.

And if you’ve been watching from the sidelines, keep watching…

We’re just getting started.
