🏆 A little North Queensland creativity on the awards stage.

For the @townsvilleenterprise North Queensland Tourism & Events Awards, I’ve had the opportunity to create custom, tropical-inspired resin trophies that celebrate the people and businesses making a difference across our region.

And this year, I created 16 awards! 🏆

This project brings together so many parts of my practice, from CNC-machining and laser engraving to hand-poured resin, gold detailing and the finishing touches that make every award unique.

I’m especially grateful to Townsville Enterprise for their ongoing support and for continuing to work with me on these projects. Collaborations like this mean a lot to a local artist and small business, and it’s wonderful to see my work become part of an event celebrating the achievements of our region.

It’s a great example of what can happen when local organisations and local creatives work together.

Thank you, @townsvilleenterprise @townsvillenorthqueensland
@townsvillecouncil for continuing to support local creativity. 💙

Seashore Shining 🌊✨

Soft aqua waters meet warm, sunlit sands, with layers of movement and shimmer inspired by the shoreline. A little reminder of those beautiful moments when the sunlight catches the water and the whole seashore seems to glow. ☀️

Bringing ‘Where Wonder Lives Beneath’ into the light ☀️

Vibrant hues of teal, pink, bright green and hints of navy blue weave throughout the canvas. The mediums create the most unique patterns on the surface and the oil based lines glisten in the light.

Art has always been my way of expressing my love for life 🩵, what I’m seeing around me and, sometimes, things I probably can’t put into words!

Thanks for following along my art journey - the inspiration, the good, the messy, the experimenting, the happy accidents and all the “let’s see what happens” moments 😂

Okay, I’m doing something a little different with my artwork…

I’ve had some of my pieces turned into prints - but honestly, I’m still figuring out what works!

So I’ve put a few trial prints into the Gallery, and I’d LOVE your opinion.

Come have a look, feel the paper, check out the sizes… and tell me what you think! 😊
