World Para Triathlon Championships, Pontevedra, 2026

What a weekend of racing! Was really happy to be in amongst it and to put down a performance that was reflective of a consistent block in Switzerland.

And to be able to represent in the Australian relay team is always exciting and special!

Thanks to everyone who helped me get to the start line, particularly @trijugglinglife and @laurennsprague. Could not do it without you!

And special mention to @vicinstsport, @justpedal_au, @dylanalcottfoundation, @brewyd.official, and friends and family who have all supported me along the way.

See you next year for some exciting racing!

Some days the result doesn’t reflect your goals but you walk away with your head held high knowing you left it all out there.

Incredibly proud to finish 8th in the World Series in front of some of the biggest crowds I’ve ever raced in front of on a brutal course. 3rd year in a row I’ve been in the top 10 in the world.

Shout out to my roomie @matt_hauser for an insane performance.

Now to France for a week for a French GP before flying home. ✌️

Congratulations on the wins to Briana Mow & Luke Willian in the Zumaiako Sprint Triatloia yesterday !

All part of the build to triathlon world championships in Pontevedra in two weeks.

Nice to see Joanes Goitisolo win the Basque Championships as well.

Really top spot for a triathlon in Zumaia.

@rowingnsw is excited to announce a new partnership with Break Records, Even When You're Down @brewyd.official , a human performance company dedicated to helping organisations and athletes perform at their best.

Every commercial program BREWYD runs directly funds elite athlete development. One of their athletes, Luke Willian, who competed in Triathlon at the Paris 2024 Olympics, has spoken openly about how their support kept him in the sport. Beach sprint rowing will be the second sport BREWYD backs, with an eight-week high-performance development program launching later this year, facilitated by World Champion, Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games coaches.

We're proud to be partnering with BREWYD, and we're looking forward to bringing our two worlds together for The Transferable Laws of Excellence - a High Performance in Business Event, set for Friday 13 November at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.

🔗 Head to the Rowing NSW website for tickets and more info.

6th in my debut Supertri final!!

What an experience! Loved every second of that.
From slipping over twice to having to use a second pair of goggles mid race. It was just flat out racing from the gun and I can’t wait to have another go at it.

Now back in Spain for a few weeks before Pontevedra #letsgetit

7th London WTCS

Moved up to 4th in the series too. Proud to bounce back after a disappointing Hamburg and execute all the 1%ers and leave Europe on a high.

Landed back in Brissy today for a little reset before Weihai at the end of August. #tilthewheelsfalloff

World Triathlon Para Series in Hamburg. And a week well spent!

It was a hot day out there, but there’s a lot to be happy with. And we know exactly what to focus on leading into worlds. I am so grateful to be able to race in locations like this, and excited for the road ahead. ⚡️
