@nikerunning really did their big one!! I loved seeing runners being supported until the very end!!! It was one big girly pop party and I loved every minute, even as a spectator!!! 💖

Cheering for you ladies was the highlight of my weekend!! I still ended up doing 20k steps somehow 😅

RUN LIKE A GIRL 🩷⚡️

Running is a sport that can break you, but it also builds you up to unimaginable heights! It reminds you that you can do hard things, & shows you who YOU are and where your community is!

Each one of us has a story, a reason why we decided to lace up our shoes and hit the pavement.

And all of that is to be celebrated! Because to me run like a girl means, running your best, cheering loudly for others even in the hard times, and lifting other up even in the pursuit of your own goals.

We can take up space AND look good while doing it!

Each of these women and the ones not shown have a piece of my heart! We crushed it out there divas!🩷 thank you @nikerunning for bringing us all together for a night under the stars

Congratulations to my sister @brianaday3 on completing her first Chicago Marathon! Your dedication and relentless determination are truly inspiring. Watching you prepare for this moment over the past year has been nothing short of incredible.

26.2 miles is no easy feat, but you proved what’s possible when you commit to yourself and keep showing up.

A reminder that the biggest victories begin long before the finish line. Keep going, keep pushing, and never stop betting on yourself!

I ran the chicago marathon and PR’d!

This training block was the craziest thing ever. I got married went on a honeymoon and rolled my ankle twice so I had a long time off of running. I went into the marathon with no expectations at all and just to have a good time! I was feeling great through the first half then started to cramp up a bit, but mile 18 came around and I felt that I hit the opposite of a wall. I went from mid 8:30s to 6:40-7 min miles. I started to feel amazing, lots and lots of prayer! Usually I cramp and can hardly move around mile 20, but somehow I breezed past that! This was definitely not anything that I was expecting! Shoutout to my amazing wife, Mia, for being all over the course for me with anything I ever could need! She’s the best! On my watch and strava I beat my best marathon by 5 mins, but the actual time was 3:28! Thanks to nike and everyone for all the support and love I have received, it means the world to me!
