USAPL CNATS 4/9 NOLA 3rd 67.5kg raw collegiate!!!! S: 242.5/ 534.6 B: 130/ 286.6 D: 247.5/ 545.6 Total: 620/ 1366.87 Was a nice way to end my Cnats run. Went 7/9 on beignets and 8/9 on the platform to secure 3rd. Scoring 31st my first meet, I didn't even consider getting podium. I've added 97.5kgs since then and I'm not giving up yet. 500 DOTs is going down next. Thank you @liftingasian for such great coaching and handling, wouldn't be here without. Thank you @pj.aubin helping me cut and maintain 67. Thank you @wpipowerlifting for supporting the Cnats team cheering us on and fundraising for us. Great job and performances to @cdub.lifting, @briangrande63, @winston_67.5kg, @veggieboylifts13!

CNats showed up and so did we 🔥 Couldn’t be prouder of every single lifter who put it all on the platform this weekend, you've made the team so proud💪 Massive congrats to our past president, Sky Wu, for taking 3rd in the 67.5kg class in his final Collegiate Nationals 🥉, Brian Grande, and Carson Wilbur on his first CNats!

Collegiate Nationals 2026 Recap: Best Lifts: Squat: 167.5kg/369lbs Bench: 122.5kg/270lbs (7.5kg meet PR) Deadlift: 227.5kg/501.5lbs (matched PR) Total: 517.5kg/1141lbs (matched PR) Bodyweight: 65.1kg / 143.5lbs DOTS: 409.7 (+2PR due to lower BW) Squats could’ve been way better, second attempt video looks pretty clean but it was called a no lift for soft lockout (which is probably true). Overall the pressure and lack of platform experience really got to me but somehow I turned it around later. Bench felt amazing as expected because it was the only thing working during prep. Huge meet and gym PR and saved my total. The early taper actually worked for deadlift. After a mediocre prep and many pains I matched my PR and it moved faster than in Boston. NOLA was a great experience and I’m blessed to be able to compete at this level in my second ever meet. Placed 42nd overall in the 67.5kg weight class. Big things coming with a move up to 75kg in the works this summer. Props to @sky.l.wu and @briangrande63 for their great performances setting the bar high for @wpipowerlifting. Also big thanks to coach @jruoppo and @evolve_ft for all the support. Also to whoever stole my wrist wraps, count your days.

CNATS 2026 My last meet as a 67kg was bittersweet. Since it was also my last CNATS, I really wanted to perform well and I was so close. Unfortunately my squat and deadlift didn’t fully show up on the day. I ended up going 7/8 with a miss on my 3rd deadlift and a scratched 3rd attempt squat. It was still a decent performance that I’m content with. But now its time for me to get up to 75kg and stop limiting my strength Squat 403✅ 420✅ (+2.5kg meet PR for 67.5kg, -15kg meet PR overall) Bench 320✅ 336✅ 342✅ (meet PR match for 67.5kg) Deadlift 446✅ 468✅ (-10kg from my best pull in comp) 496❌

CNATS 2025 Total : 582.5 kg, 8/9 meet AND 5TH PLACE S: 225 B: 125 D: 232.5 😼 Went in prep hoping to beat a squat record, switched strats and locked in for a medal for 5th at nats! Super proud of PRs across the board 🤑. Really couldn't have done it without the expert coaching and handling of @liftingasian and the support from @wpipowerlifting. Had an awesome time in Oklahoma with these guys too. We run it back next year

This year had been one of the busiest yet most fulfilling years of my life, in large part due to the athletes I get to coach every day. Its tough to capture everyone’s effort and performance into just numbers, but I thought it’d be an interesting post to make - and its always valuable to have this data to see if I’m actually Improving as a coach! ** @cutforultra ‘s Total was also a HK national record 🤯 #powerlifting #powerliftingcoach #usapl #usapowerlifting #blueprintstrength #teamblueprint #strengthcoach #squat #bench #deadlift #powerliftingmeet
