Last week, the community came together for another BU Sessions event, and this one was for the builders figuring it out in real time. Our fireside chat with @brianbordainick and our very own @alikub brought exactly the kind of honesty we value. We got into the realities behind the highlight reel. It was refreshing (and necessary) to hear a founder speak openly about things not working, and what it takes to get back up anyway. We unpacked the nuances of growth: when it actually makes sense to raise capital, when to focus on profitability, and how to think about building something sustainable for the long term.
